![]() | Idea for food Alright, here is an idea that could help balance out human power vrs zombie power, the main problem with the humans is their ungodly amount of food, if all the human players are there it is a food of 3000 vrs 600 5 to 1 ratio by the way So, what if you changed how human cities handled food, like 10 for each city and 5 for each tent (I forget their name) Or you could make zombies five times stronger then human units, or make human units cost five times the food of zombie units. But I think the food handling changes would go best. Then, the humans would have a much harder time when trying to solo everything. Also, towers need a food cost or a limited number for each one. Late game it is way too easy to mass them. |

![]() ![]() | Re: Idea for food I do not like the idea of limiting human food, as it hinders the ability of humans to build a large army (which is a part of the game I think lots of people enjoy). However, I do think something should be done about the balance issue. I suggest that the humans have to pay a certain monetary (only gold, not wood) cost based on their unit count. Every 2 or 3 income cycles (3 minutes or something), there should be a trigger that takes money away based on the unit count. This would encourage the humans to spend more time helping allies and fighting instead of stockpiling (which makes the game boring and leads towards HvH combat). |

![]() | Re: Idea for food Well, look at it from the perspective of a zombie player, what is the point of having a large amount of zombies if the humans can make a hell of a lot more units then you can ever have, and since most games all the humans work together. Also since the humans can make static defenses and zombies can not, it means the humans can more easily turtle and do not need a large amount of food. |

![]() | Re: Idea for food Max food doesn't go over 300 unfortunately. What we're going to do, though not in this release, but the next one, is lower the food provided by each city to (at first) 30. If it's still a problem then I'll drop it down to 10. |

![]() | Re: Idea for food Actually...... most likely tents will no longer give food. The idea is that without cities you can't really get new troops because you don't have any people left to hire or draft into your army. |

| Re: Idea for food just a reminder HUMANS get infected and turn to zombies so ZOMBIES do have a possibility of getting over 300 food easily, please consider all the facts before you go and weaken the humans drastically PS most humans dont work well together usually unless its fixed by having a bunch of friends as humans or somehow people are cooperative PSS But yeah i do agree on the 100 food per city thats ****ed up maybe 15-25 and add houses (give no income) |

![]() | Re: Idea for food Here's the issue. Cities = population. When you build an army the people for your army come from your cities. If your cities are destroyed, you have no more people to add to your army. This is why tents won't give supply. Cities will give 30 food each and we'll see how it works out. It's not a drastic reduction, but smaller nations will feel it when they try to mass a huge army (which is the whole point). Unregistered I understand your concern, and it's perfectly valid. However I don't think the food limit reduction is all that drastic. Many people never hit the food limit in the first place. This is supposed to somewhat limit the ability of humans to raise huge armies despite losing large portions of their territory. |

![]() | Re: Idea for food as for zombies easily getting over 300 food, that is a negative, I have never seen a zombie get over 350 food due to the fact that well you are killing humans they still have a good chance to kill your units so at best you will get about one for one probably less, since humans can kill zombies faster then zombies can kill humans due to their range. Unless the zombies are large enough to be able to get close enough to hit the human units several times they will lose, since also the humans can kill zombies in one hit some of the time but the zombies (with the exception of fighting minute men or useing the strongest zombies) Can not kill humans in one hit. That is why the zombies need more food then individual humans. |
