![]() | Regular vs. X Should I keep making updated versions of the regular terrain map or should I just stop now? I want to make sure that the old terrain version still has an audience if I'm going to put in any more work into it. |

![]() | Re: Regular vs. X Honestly, i think you should scrap both terrains in the versions and give me the chance to give you some advice on balencing thats simple and not bull, youll find when I actualy WANT to help I will, and srry about that spam a little while ago >.> it was quite uncalled for. Plus, I still ahve that finished terrain jsut sitting there... and there arent many people in need of a 10k doodad europe map... |

![]() | Re: Regular vs. X Exactly :P which is why its impossible to export those doodads because alot of them are custome palced, but russ thinks a map needs atleast 6k doodads to be a good terrain >>. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Regular vs. X mine only uses 8128 doodads and destructibles combined, and i personally think that's too much even for my epic sized map. ![]() ![]() And now, directly from chip's signature... ![]() |

![]() | Re: Regular vs. X Currently around 5k doodads for WWZ. The lag issues are primarily from masses of units rather then doodads. Halak once again if you have suggestions, give them to me. I'll read them and respond, as I have done on many occasions before. I am mainly looking for suggestions of HvZ. |

![]() | Re: Regular vs. X I think you should keep trying new terrain. I played the North america wwz today and it was nice because it was something new. Im not saying to leave europe, but catacombs have gotten a bit boring. I like the map that has Africa. Switches it up a little. Plus, ive noticed that with catacombs its usually an easy win for either side. Rarely is there much of a fight. Either zombies easily break through a noob italy and/or france, or Italy and france hold them off after red and green have cleared the middle east. When that happens it's basically GG for zombies. Long post...Just my suggestion though. I like new terrain. |

![]() | Re: Regular vs. X North America wasn't done by me. It's probably another ripped off one. There's a lot of those going around. The only two we release are Europe/Asia with catacombs, and Europe/Africa. The whole reason for getting rid of the catacombs was to make it a more drawn out game. |

![]() | Re: Regular vs. X North America is not a rip, it is made from scratch. But I think the map does need more details, the lack of mountains is a bit annoying, and the fact trees block movement but mountains do not is just silly. |
