General i am looking for some one good with skins..

just so you know i looked at the toutorials, didnt help. but i need some one good with skins to help me figure them out. and seeing as i thought i would kill two birds with one stone i need a novice to expert landscape editor for my new map, if you can help with either problem

i would really apreciate it. (i will put you in the credits if you help (not bribe))
