i removed the sword/shield from a footmen to add custom weapons. then in wc if u click on the footmen were you should see his head (in the box above the hp and mana spots left of stats) u just see a random thing or nothing. how do i fix this?

also all the shields i got are for one hand only (i beleive left hand) but the footmen needs to hold the shield in the other one (right hand) or he will be attacking people with his shield not his sword. if i which the hand that has the shield it has him hold it backwords as in the front is facing tarwds him and the back away from him and is beteewn his arm and body.

I know the problem but not how to fix it. The problem is the portrait camera. It either not defined or place wrong. Try find a program that allows you to define the x y and z of the portrait camera. But I can't help you more then that, I don't have the greatest information on models. Hell I might even be wrong on this on.

Maybe get a model program that allows you to open, flip it horizontal and save the model again.
