Re: Not Enough Memory!!

There is a chance that your map may be corrupted.

Re: Not Enough Memory!!

I'm pretty sure that someone like King would protect his maps from being opened in the WE.

Re: Not Enough Memory!!

Try repeating everything you said in order in one post. Because right now you're just being confusing. You can't open your own map because you lack RAM? Or could you mean file space?

Re: Not Enough Memory!!

I just went and tried to open BA, and it says "not enough memory, you have: [Something bytes], You need: [Something bytes]. Do you wish to break to debugger? Press no to terminate application, press yes to break to debugger."

It looked like a WE window, so i don't think it was the computer. Is this what happened? What type of computer do you have?

EDIT: If it still doesn't work, Send it to me and i'll compress it's size to a good size. I'll also test it if you wish.

Re: Not Enough Memory!!

Alright people, when WE says not enough ram then there is 3 reasons:
  • The map you are trying to open is "protected".
This works by damaging some files in the map and therefore people can't open them in their WE without having the original file.
  • The map you are trying to open is "corrupted".
If it is your own map and know you have not protected it, then it is because it is corrupted. Some of the files in the map have become unreadable and therefore the computer can't open the map. Good thing that you kept your backup, eh?
  • Your computer is really really really bad.
Highly unlikely unless your playing on a computer before 1990. WE doesn't need 100gb of ram. Hell even 64mb ram might run WE.
