Dwarves Vs. Goblins and it's triggering Problems!

Goblin Savage Spawn
Events
Time - Timer expires
Unit - A unit enters Mt Goblin area <gen>
Conditions
(Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Savage Spawn
Actions
Unit - Create 2 Goblin Savage for Player 11 (Dark Green) at (Center of DarkGreen Spawn <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees

This is the base trigger to add new things to the spawn, Mt. Goblin Area is the name of that region that the place was built in. as that is a Darkgreen base, anything built there is Darkgreen's new units. Goblin Savage spawn represents the kind of spawner, and the Goblin savages should be made when the timer runs out. UNFORTUNATELY, this only works about one time for every fifty. by my not-so-hot triggering skills, i think this should work, but i don't know whats wrong or how to fix it. any suggestions?

well you use triggering unit when you have event - timer expires, there is no triggering unit when the timer expires

but the problem is that the condition already SAYS it's that unit type

Not sure if this is what you want, but what I have should do this:
When a timer expires create 2 goblin savages IF the savage spawn is built.
I dont know if you wanted to make it if its only built in a certain region, if you did I will make a new trigger, but this one works no matter where it is built.
The variable "savagespawn" as an integer with default value 0 is required

Stubz2
    Events
        Unit - A unit owned by Player 11 (Dark Green) Finishes construction
    Conditions
        (Unit-type of (Triggering unit)) Equal to Savage Spawn
    Actions
        Set savagespawn = 1

STubz
    Events
        Time - Timer expires
    Conditions
    Actions
        If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
            If - Conditions
                savagespawn Equal to 1
            Then - Actions
                Unit - Create 2 Goblin Savage for Player 11 (Dark Green) at (Center of DarkGreen Spawn <gen>) facing Default building facing degrees
            Else - Actions
                Do nothing

Yes, i do want it to spawn in a specific region.

And would you be able to make it so that if 2 were there, it would spawn 4?

Ok wat this does is every time someone builds a Savage Spawn (Anywhere on the map, if you don't want this then tell me) it adds 1 to the variable savagespawn. Then when the timer expires, if savagespawn is greater then or equal to 1 it will create 2 Goblin Savages for every Savage Spawn built.
