i play on the east to. ever playd a game of ultf and when ur winning people call you a noob and a hacker? i playd 3 games today won all 3 and playd with different players and they all say the same thing. when i told them that there is a protection on so u cant hack they called me a noob and quit.why are people so ignorant? :?

Because most people can't tell the difference of when to let go of pride and when to keep it. And most time when they keep it. It's just ignorants rather then pride.

Don't rush in labeling people hacks simply because they can do something you normally can't. They may be more skilled.

I have to agree. So many people is using maphack. So damn annoying... Especially when you play Dota.
I wish that Blizzard would also active anti-cheat on custom games, but that is just a dream...

Well we really havn't decied it yet, so...

But yes, Blizzard does not care about anything else besides WoW. And why should they? They are not making money on Bnet.

This is why I'm a very cautious player and play everything as though everyone can see me

WoW and WC are completely different games - one is a RPG and one is a micro RTS...and get different players. I played the free trial of WoW and I hated it. I didn't even play the entire week of the trial. On the other hand, if SC2 comes out, I'll probably jump on that in a minute and never go back to WC

I really don't like people who uses hacks. It usually makes them too dependent on them.

exactly! is there really a point in maphacks, other than that people will hate you for it, you'll get addicted to maphacking, you'll be considered untrustworthy, etc. just so you don't have to use any sort of strategy?

You don't hack in Warcraft 3 because you really don't gain anything from it. In level games you can hack that so you get a higher level. In custom games, there really is no point. Unless you're playing a clan war, or play bnet.
