Good Warcraft players

Is anyone here good at normal warcraft games? I totally suck at normal games and they are not as fun as custom games because it requires a little more skill. For me anyway. Well I'm reading game manuals and stuff that I could use to improve my playing.

lol i kinda suck but im not 100% noob. I like the orcs using the harassment techniques i am level 4 on normal games.

yeah I use to be pretty awesome in ladder games. My favourite race is human for tower rush lol

Well I'm re-reading the game manual and going to battle.net to learn how to play better and how to use the races better. Because in Ultimate Footmen leveling your hero up is important but I learned that leveling your hero doesn't play as big as a role as I used to think.

Normal WC is no fun at all....when I first bought the game, I played the campaigns for a bout week, then began playing custom games...never went back.

Same here. But I still try to get good at normal games. Just want to bring up my level because then I don't have to use that peon icon.

i have 1500 elf icon at sjoorie-..

warcraft III ladder games start to be fun when ur skilled.. i have 120-6 or something with my allie.. i believe even better.. lv.39... believe me.. then its fun.. i also play dota at tft.. and hero wars/footmen wars at roc

I actually became pretty good at normal games because a thousands of failures has made me better. I still can't beat good players but for players on the weaker side I can now beat them with nighelves. Huntress's ability to hit multiple units helps me when the other guy doesn't try to get flying units. And when that happens I use archers.

I still lack enough micro to do what I want to do. So I decided that only way I can get it is to learn all the hotlinks. Kind of hard for races like orc when you have to press o to build burrows. And my right hand in on the mouse. How do you solve the problem? Do you just move your left hand to press o or do you move your hand away from your mouse with your right hand to press o? Also this goes with other hard to reach hotlinks.

learn the entire keyboard with one hand. thats what i did.

Easier said then done. Small hand and my hand moves making me lose my place on the key board without looking. Oh well. It's one of those skills that you gain through practicing.

i used to be great at them i was like lvl 17 with 57%, but then my account got deleted

oh and i didnt have a better % cuz i used to have a windows M.E. and i lagged
