Have any of u guys read this series? Terry Goodkind is a little blunt if a situation or two.....meaning verge of becoming a higher rating(really only one instance but u can make it past it trust me) its an unbelievable series. seriously its my favorite out there and i read A LOT of books, trust me.....finish these huge freakin books in a week then move on...its an expensive hobby. lol.

but seriously, just read some of these books, the first one is Wizards First Rule. such a great book, i'd highly recomend the whole series.

lol I'll avoid serious comment, considering how my main exposure to the series has been through a group of people on some other forums I frequent who have made 20+ Goodkind bashing threads. I also heard that apparently Goodkind views the novels more as a vehicle for his philosophy rather than fantasy books.

Hmm well i dont know about that. i can see how he uses the for his philosophy, it has many connections to the real world if you look hard enough, but thats part of how great it is. like i said, its my favorite series and i still would recomend it. if u dont believe me just read the first one, it costs like 7 bucks, its worth it.

I've read the whole series, and it's my all time favourite series...but the last ~2 books are dissapointing and confusing. Aside from that, EXCELLENT series.
