i just played ultimate footmen 1.0 for the first time it was horribly unbalanced

the heros are unabalanced and the bolt staff is a 3 charge thing that costs only 400 with a 1 sec stun and 3 sec cooldown how dumb is that! it espessilly sucks wen ur king kilvas and u start with like less then 400 life and 1 firebolt kills u

Lol if you wanna play 1.00 to goof off in A and B the abhorrence (arch-abomination in our future map) is the way to go with blood gush and such. Not like you know what gush does anyway vg just kinda threw the hero in there with an empty chamber. 10 levels on your enemies for the win if you even care to play that piece of sh1t map.

Hell Lich? Yeah, the Lich is kinda from a hellsh nothing already and it just uses the immolation arts instead of frost art effects.

A much better job then a map thats not out sure... that makes sense. In v.79c there still is a firebolt staff the only difference is that its 1550 gold but it is permanent. Heros like boody have nearly perma bash with it. Also King Kilvas is the only hero that starts under 400 health because he has insane skills later on hes actually been "balanced" in v1.00. Simply use an anti-maigc sheild and firebolt wont effect you simple. Not ike it's any use argueing with the majority of fanboys on this forum.

You obviously have very little information on the map so maybe play it some more and come back with a real complaint.

It really should be 0.79 and a half, only 4 new hereos and I really didn't see many new items, it might have been balance, but balancing a game doesn't take 0.79 to 1.00. It's not a crappy map, I still enjoy using one of the new hereos, but I'll still support Mr.Apples and his version.

Long story short: They spilt up. Apples continued Ultimate Footmen while VG will make a new make called Ultimate Legends.
So VG made his own Ultimate Footmen can called it 1.00c while here Apples map is still in production.

MrMojorison, it is not a complete official version. Just because HE released it does not make it official. The fact he made it as an ad for Ultimate Legends, to destroy the Ultimate Footmen legacy, and to piss off Apples simply makes it not a complete official version. Its also a 1% completion of MrApples version that he got from Oninuva who stole the map from Apples. Its poorly done (not a surprise from how .79c is) in the object area. Balance has not really been applied, the only difference is that bolt staff now has charges.. and costs less.. reworking on heros that actually didnt do much. There are still numerous bugs that were in the previous .79c version, and thats because they are mostly triggerd.
I use the term 'complete official' because it is in its own sense official bcuz VG released it, but its not completed, making it pretty much not official. Its like blizzard releasing WoW when all they have is the cinematics done.. its an official release, but you know its not exactly done..

1.00c is not imbalanced, i'll play you in it anyday and beat you when your the "imbalanced hero" and i'll beat you with a hero everyone considers sucky i.e. bishop or lord brody. In 1.00c the bolt staff is 400g with 3 charges, and to continue an old argument, VGs map is considered "official" since he still has, by your rules, partial ownership of the map, just like by your rules Apples' will be official when his comes out. And a final map like that isn't meant to have a ton of changes, just some balance ones, and thats what he did, and if you think it is imbalanced, then your prolly too nub to buy an AMS in the beginning. Maybe Apples' map will be better, he sure is taking his time on it but thats not always a bad thing, and if his map is better, as he says it will be, then i'll play it, along with UltL.

Ultimate Footmen, a footmen wars map. Ultimate Legends, a mixture of Footmen Wars, AoS, and I heard a little tower defense(I think). Different genres. It's like DotA and Ultimate Footmen. You really can't compare them because they are different genre. But I guess people just like AoS maps better.

Yeah...it is imbalanced Boondock. We've already established that. If it were balanced, the only way to win would not be to buy an AMS....if the only way to survive is to buy an Anti-Magic Shield than the game is imbalanced. VG did not create this 1.00 b/c he wanted to finish it up for people, he did it to end competition to his map of Ultimate Legends, Bash apples, Try to end Ultimate Footmen, and b/c he wanted to piss apples off. simple as that. i'm sure if u go over to his forum everything is backwards.....obviously. do u think Hitler proclaimed to his people that he was a mass murdering lunatic who hates all life that doesn't have Blonde hair/Blue Eyes, and wanted to exterminate the Jews b/c he blamed them for losing WWI while they were less than 1% of the population? no....he told them he was liberating the world, saving everybody, and making life perfect.

Enough of this.

Imbalance is in my opinion is a matter of opinion. Some guy could kill everyone with the worst hero and he thinks the game is balanced. And some guy would lose with the easiest hero to use and he calls the game rigged. Just a matter of opinion and skills. Some people might even think DotA is rigged. Never met one but I don't hang around places that talks about DotA much. Well anyway the point of this post is that imbalanced is only a matter of opinion unless the map is rigged.
