[ITEM] Refresher Orb

Im in a hurry lol. Quick item.

Every minute, the cooldown is done. When you click the orb, it will refresh ALL of your spells except for your ultimate. It just refreshes the ultimate by half. Also, it gives the user 50% life steal.
Haha, very quick made item. 3750 Gold Requirement.

And what spell is it build on?

Since triggering isn't the answer. You can only reset ALL colddowns by triggers... so...

needs to cost more id say about 8-10k lol. if it drops your ulti by half. (but im not an item kind of guy.)

Im going to say with the exception of 50% life steal, its a devent item. If it had the 50% lifesteal, it could stack with mask of death, and if it didnt it would make the mask of death a nearly worthless item. Refreshing your spells, even the ultimate to half is too much power for 3.75k, and im going to go with ogre and say 8k.

How about you remove the lifesteal bonus from the item?

Especially in an ams-less version, this would make all the nuking heroes that much more potent. This is a phenomenally powerful item without the lifesteal. Although, there are several items that benefit attacking heros, and few that help casting based heros.

i agree, 8k or more and 50% life steal? how about 40 like mask of death, because refresh all skills an ult by half is pretty stacked, and having 50 life steal your practicly invincible with a mele hero
