Eyes Cream the Icefernal

Abilities: (Ill leave the detailed damage, cost, and timing up to you guys)

First Spell: Impaling Icicles

Type of Spell: Aiming and Shooting
Description: Eyes Cream sends his cold waves into the floor with a force so strong the ground goes flying into the sky wherever Eyes Cream pleases.
Animation: A really fast line of Frost Novas
What it Does: Frost Damages and Slows for a few seconds to all the enemies caught in the straight line of frost novas. With each level it does more damage and slow for a bit longer.

Second Spell: Iciclone

Type of Spell: Activating
Description: Eyes Cream creates a perfect ice replica of himself that deals tremendous frost damage when it is broken.
Animation: Mirror Image
What it Does: Mirror Images himself that gets stronger and deals more damage when it is destroyed with each level. When the clone is destroyed, it explodes and encases enemies around the explosion in a block of ice that does damage every second.

Third Spell: Freezing Effect

Type of Spell: Passive
Description: The Coldness around Eyes Cream is so chilling that with every hit he throws at his enemies, he has a chance to encase them within an impenetrable shell of ice.
Animation: Encases enemy in a block of ice
What it Does: 15% Chance to Encase an enemy in a block of ice. When encased, the enemy cannot move and can only cast spells or use items. They take some damage every second they are encased. With each level, the ice block lasts longer and does more damage.

*Ultimate*: Shatter

Type of Spell: Activate
Description: Eyes Cream gathers his energy and seperates into many different pieces to make tiny pieces of himself.
Animation: Gigantic Frost Nova and makes little versions of himself.
What it Does: Kind of like Panderan Brewmaster's Ultimate but not. He creates 15,20,25,etc... numbers of himself for 1/2 - 1 minute. Each has little to moderate damage and life. They do not have any spells but they DO have a mini version of his Freezing Effect. Each piece has about 300-700 health (but ill leave that up to you guys) and the number remaining at the end of the spell with determine Eyes Cream HP. Like each represents 50 hp or something and if 10 dies he would looks 500 hp when he comes back at the end of the spell.

Why this hero should be in the game
Hes a good hero AND creep killer. He looks cool and isnt cheap. His ultimate isnt cheap because if you get the pieces killed he would actuallly have to go back and heal.
I think this hero would do and look awesome in the game.
