![]() | Exe always starts Windows Installer for Frontpage Whenever I open a Exe it starts windows installer for Frontpage 2003, which constantly fails until I cancel out of it about 10 times. Kinda annoying, anyone know how to fix? |

Open "Run" (Hotkey: WindowsLogo+R) and type "regedit". If Registry Editor opens successfully, then navigate to the following key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ exefile \ shell \ open \ command Double-click the (Default) value in the right pane Delete the current value data, and then type: "%1" %* (Also the quotes) Navigate to: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.exeIn the right-pane, set (default) to exefile Exit the Registry Editor. Afterwards try opening a exe file. It should not open Frontpage anymore. | ||
