hey all,

I tried loading a webpage today and i found that it would'nt load properly. it was thehelper.net and instead of all the pictures and art, all i got was a red X inside a small white box in the top left corner of wherever a picture was supposed to be. it would't load the pictures. anybody have any idea why this is?

thats what happened to me in computer apps. one time when i made the IMG tag wrong. maybe the site's moderators messed with it.

when you look does it say www.().net? the word was cencored so i'll space it out. its www.the helper.net

minus the space. that help? or do u mean after you typed it in it showed it as non existance.

So do you have any idea what it could be on my comp or was this all wasted space?...

EDIT: Alright i figured it out. it was my firewalll. i just had to change a setting. an extremly hard to find setting that was a complete guess but a setting all the same. rather annoying because i need to do it to every site i have troubles with....

OK. But for future reference. Just know that there is something wrong with the helper. So it shouldn't be your first choice to base a problem on.

what do u mean something wrong? now that i've fixed that setting it works better than ever. whats wrong with it?

I'm just saying that if you have a problem with your internet when you're trying to go on the helper. It might be the helper's problem and not your internet problem. Just for future reference. That forum has been going down and back up a lot now a days. Less now but it still does sometimes.
