So the question here is, would everyone here approve of an Item Recipe System. Possibilities: A forge.. gather 'materials' to upgrade current items. Additions include something like 'plain' items to upgrade. The classic system.. random items combine to make better items that have similar abilities but nothing really in common. (maybe someone else wants to throw in a possibility also) |

So please fix the save system before adding other systems. Feedback: For upgrading weapons monsters should drop a various of metalls and other items. (not usable items) like: lvl of item : metall 1 - 20: iron 21-40: bronze 41-60: silver 61-80: gold 81-100: platinum extra metalls: aluminium, carbon (maybe for reducing the needed lvl) |

![]() | Re: Item Recipe System I would rather see item sets then a recipe item system. I think your first thought on having a forge and using materia to upgrade equipment is the far superior concept to go with. Putting 'ice' on my blade to make it a frost blade, or poisen, fire, vamp(steal health) ect. It would be like enchanting equipment in WoW, or socketing runes in Diablo/Baldur's Gate. Along those same lines, 1 ice materia could be used for a +X amount, 4 ice materia for a +2X amount, 16 ice materia for a +3X amount, ect. With that, it would be nice to have some method of carrying more goods (making fewer trips back and forth). |

![]() | Re: Item Recipe System ffe sorely needs this one!!!(except for the bug fixing and stuff) sweet idea for upgrading items... this would mean a lot of items to generate when actually creating/editting the map, good luck with that titan. an idea just struck my mind; how 'bout collecting shards to combine into a summon materia like that of ffVII, heck you could have a nerfed version of omega as a summon(XD)... but always keep drop% minimal, to increase game time. |
