See every user uses a browser which contains some information such as language of the system, what OS you are using, browser type & version, etc.

I mean even when you posted on this board I got the exactly the same information. Almost every site have this information. Anyone can request and get browser information. That is why some sites says you need Firefox to view this or Internet Explore to use Windows Update. That is because they check you browser information on what you have.
Hell even Google have that information, if you ever have used it before...

And that Apples knows you IP? As long you think of security you won't have to worry. Just make your port go stealth (So they won't answer a ping reply, as they never existed) and maybe install a hardware firewall. And again Google have your IP as IP is also a public thing.

But if you are still ****ting your pants over this you can example do what I do. My setup against the most hardcore sites:

Browser: Firefox 3 - Beta 5

... with the following addons installed:

NoScript
AddBlockPlus
Modify Headers

Instant win -- Most people won't even be able to identify you, specially if you use a proxy too.

You need not worry though G93. I'm sure a skilled hacker could do something, but where would ya find one of those. That information, called 'headers', is available to all webmasters of the site's you visit. I simply took it a bit further.
