![]() | Housing a Terrorist? If a nation were to house terrorism, where as some of their civilians are actively attacking other nations on neutral terms both physically and with public displays of hate, would you consider the nation responsible? To put it in simpler but somewhat unrealistic terms, say 500 residents of the United States (with no affiliation to each other), began bombing the **** out of other nations with no support or approval from the government. Would you consider the government responsible? For doing nothing to prevent such acts from their citizens, and the chance they are supporting it indirectly in some form. If no, would you blame the victim nations for needing to retaliate against the host nation, as the host nation is providing a shield for these terrorists? Just looking for some opinions on this issue, which I'm sure we're all aware is a very big issue today. |

It might be the terrorists' intentions to bomb a neutral nation so that the neutral nation will attack their country, so that they would be responsible for destroying two countries! ![]() And now, directly from chip's signature... ![]() |
