Hendrick Motorsports has been the talk of NASCAR lately as Dale Earnhardt Jr. signs over to be on the same team as Jeff Gordan and Jimmy Johnson. I think that Hendrick Motorsports are nothing like the Yankees however disagreeing with Jenna Fryer because the Yankees SUCK. But anyway, Hendrick Motorsports definitely have 3 big stars on their team and Rick Hendrick, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jimmy Johnson and Jeff Gordan should all be excited and a little worried.

Sometimes having 3 big stars and even an upcoming star, Casey Mears can hurt a team. With big stars come big egos and 3 big egos flaring at each other may mean trouble for Hendrick Motorsports, however Rick Hendrick does not envision this happening and says, ``My job is to get the best talent out there, I want to protect the brand. I want to protect Junior's image and who he is, but I want to give him the best stuff. And he's going to have to beat those guys anyway.
