Alright, this is my first topic on this account, and 3rd reply overall. (I`m the one that posted the Sword Legend guy)

Its a tier thats based on multiple spawning (like militia) but its very very weak, for balance

I`m not sure whats the max tier or I cant remember so I`ll go to 7. Plus all the prices are the same as normal.

Tier 1: Militia, weakened, 2 at a time, 30 hp each, 5-10 damage. Same speed as normal
Tier 2: Spellbreakers, weakened, 2 at a time, 50 hp each, 10-15 damage each, same speed as normal
Tier 3: Blood elf footmen, 3 at a time, same damage as normal footmen and +10 hp then normal footmen, has Blink, moves as fast as a spell breaker.
Tier 4: Zerglings (yes there is a model for it in the game!) 4 at a time, same stats as blood elf footmen, no blink, burrow instead, moves as fast as a spell breaker.
Tier 5: Small forest bears: 2 at a time, 30-35 damage, 400 hp moves as fast as a footman.
Tier 6: Troll beserkers, 5 at a time, 30-35 damage, beserk, 500 hp.
Tier 7: Random orc unit, no heros, every unit has 500 hp, moves as normal, no spells, 60-80 damage.

Some of the units you have mentioned already exist. Are you sure you posted under the right topic? Ult Footmen tiers go up to lvl 5 and are usually rigged at that point (if you tech right, anyway)

Oh, I`m sorry, I thought that it was like, new tier idea, like, if someone has something EXACTLY like it I thought it was not okay to do it... I`m not sure how to explain it.... So I guess its [TIER] Tier?
