[HERO](s) ratchet and clank

Ratchet & Clank

attack:melee (normally)
type: well rounded leaning slightly for agility
model: a yellowy-orange version of the dark alchemist

story: a hero of many galaxies ratchet and his trusty sidekcick, clank, crash land into the warcraft universe. with only his wrench and the few weapons not broken in the landing to aid him, he is caught in the line of fire and is now too hopelessly caught up in the struggle to escape.

Skills:

Wrench (user-casted):
this ability changes rachets weapon to a wrench. it comes standard and costs no mana to perform. the wrench deals normal damage according to what his stats say it should.



Nitro Launcher(user-casted):
this enormous gun changes ratchets attack to short ranged (like that of huntresses). the weapon launches "bomb" at enemies which explode dealing high damage to first target and small damage to surrounding units. like all guns there is limited ammo though (your mana) every shot requires some. it can hurt your own units too. this lasts until you switch to a different weapon.
animation- like the fiery catapult attack.
lvl,damage target, damage aoe, mana, reload time
1- 50 25 15 1 seconds
2- 100 50 30 1.5 seconds
3- 150 75 45 2 seconds
4- 200 100 60 2.5 seconds
5- 250 125 75 3 seconds
6- 300 150 90 3.5 seconds
7- 350 175 105 4 seconds


Flux Rifle(user-casted):
this behemoth is extremely deadly. capable of firing across vast distances (as far as the mortars). its laser is so strong it passes through anything (friend or foe) in that distance only stopping when it reaches it's maximum range. only problem is that it takes forever to reload. but if you have time to kill then this most definitely will kill it.
animation- a thick red line (laser like) shoots until its max range. if possible have it stay visible for a second then have it ghost away.
lvl,damage target, mana, reload time
1- 100 20 3 seconds
2- 250 40 4 seconds
3- 400 60 5 seconds
4- 550 80 6 seconds
5- 700 100 7 seconds
6- 850 120 8 seconds
7- 1000 140 9 seconds


Assault Rifle(user-casted):
this reliable weapon isn't as heavy duty as nitro launcher nor as powerful as the flux rifle but it makes up for it with pure.... well it still is deadly. a well-rounded gun that has cheap ammo, good attack speed and alright damage.
animation- if possible just normal orangey bursts shooting toward target
lvl,damage target, mana, reload time
1- 75 10 .5 seconds
2- 125 20 .75 seconds
3- 175 30 1 seconds
4- 225 40 1.25 seconds
5- 275 50 1.5 seconds
6- 325 60 1.75 seconds
7- 375 70 2 seconds

Clank's Mods(passive):
Clank has moded your weapons so they have extra abilities. unfortunately only one mod can be used at a time. there are a total of 4 mods to choose from. (have a button that when clicked will turn to a different color, each color stands for a different mod). only the wrench is unaffected by these mods.

level 1- poison mod (1)
level 2- poison mod (1), damage mod (1)
level 3- poison mod (1), damage mod (1), electric mod (1)
level 4- poison mod (2), damage mod (1), electric mod (1), range mod (1)
level 5- poison mod (2), damage mod (2), electric mod (1), range mod (1)
level 6- poison mod (2), damage mod (2), electric mod (2), range mod (1)
level 7- poison mod (2), damage mod (2), electric mod (2), range mod (2)

poison mod- (1) deals 25 damage per second for 4 seconds
- (2) deals 50 damage per second for 4 seconds
damage mod- (1) +10% to damage
- (2) +20% to damage
electric mod- (1) minor chain lighting with 1 bounce 50, 25 damage
- (2) minor chain lightening with 2 bounces 100, 50, 25 damage
range mod- (1) +10% range (does not affect flux rifle)
- (2) +20% range (does not affect flux rifle)


ULTIMATE

Covert Training(passive):
ratchet and clank use their knowledge of countless past missions to exploit secrets and improve their lethality.

level 1- black market (cost of ammo is cut in half)
level 2- black market, weapon fluency (cuts reload time in half for all weapons)
level 3- black market, weapon fluency, Infernox Armor (+75 armor, half spell damage, and turns ratchet red)


**NOTES**
-please don't discount this hero just because it is based on a video game. the names can always be changed
-changing weapons causes you to wait the whole reload time before you will attack with it
-the weapons skills are all orb effects so they don't stack with things like crypt sword

Yay! First post!

Ok, pretty darn cool idea for a hero.
Is wrench a skill? Or is it something that he starts with (like iono, assassin w/ blink) If it's a skill, then you have 5 lol.
You have to wait the whole cooldown to attack w/ your next weapon? Cuz that would seem kind of make people reluctant to use flux rifle late game, because once you unloaded one of those shots, it'd be forever until you could follow it up w/ some attacks.
Are the cooldowns affected by agility/auras? (like buying boots of elvenskin and end aura)
For the ultimate, +75 armor? typo...? Closer to 20/30 would be more than enough.
Wrench should be affected by the mods IMO. Also, can you have multiple mods up at once? or is it that you can only choose one.
Are any of them,, or all of them, affected by armor/spell resistance/immunity?

i think wrench is a skill, but they are all ment to be able to go on auto cast. wrench is his normal attack and pretty much is used to show he uses a wrench in combat and it doesnt take up ammo. and if im right about them all being auto cast then those attacks are used instead of the normal attack.

Love the games, but i personally dont thnk it a good idea to input heros based off heroes from other games outside wc3, unless of course the map is based around it. Sadly this isnt R&C map, so i will have to say no..

But...

What is the USE of wrench.. it does nothing but put in a retarded (custom, which arent 'praised') visual..

Nitro launcher - lvl1 does more dmg/s than lvl2, lvl 2 more than 3, and so on..

flux - I dont see 'forever' to reload as 3-9 seconds, thats actually pretty damn fast ingame.. its also gonna be overpowered if it is a shockwave skill (which you did imply it being) with 2500 range and 1000 damage AND 9 second cooldown.

assault - only difference between lvl1 and last lvl is 75 dmg/s... and who the hel wants to cast it every .5 seconds?!?!?!?!!??!!?

mods are also weak, especially late game.

level3 ultimate is definatly over powered... 75armor ?? WTFT??!?! thats too much as a item.. half spell damage too.. i dont see that happening.

Your 'vision' on this hero takes too many custom models that i can guarantee will not be added (unless they are like 1 byte of space).. which ends up being the problem with heros based off othr video games, even if you changed the names and crap, the actual spell effects would still be somethng that isnt gonna be happening.

Also, horrible statistics, i dont see why other people didnt notice it.. its also a pure cast hero, which often is overpowered, but sadly in this case the spells all suck damage wise.. which ends up being a bad thing for damage spells. Even if they were changed, this is just a hero with aoe, line, and instant damage spells.. this isnt going to happen because no matter what you modify the statistics to, its going to either be overpowered, or a pos.

If you havnt alreayd understood what i was saying.. its mainly this.. No.

ummm i get your post titan but there are many hero's in ultimate footmen based off of a video game called fire emblem. sorry jsut pointing that out.

I never said i agreed with it.. but another thing i prolly failed to mention, Ratchet and Clank in no way even falls into the catagory of mass unit control and strategy, although fire emblem does get some of that.
