1) Piercing Arrows

Type of Spell: Auto-Cast
Mana Cost: 10
Cooldown: 0 Seconds
Description: Does 3% of the attacked units max health in damage plus the damage of Hooterz. Every level increases the percentage by 1%.
Example: Ok, so if you had this spell maxed out it would do 10% right? And, lets say Hooterz's attack was 100-110. So, if you attacked a enemy hero with 3000 health, your attack would deal 300 damage from the Piercing Arrow, and then your attack would add another 100 to make a total of 400 damage.

2) Long Range

Type of Spell: Activate - Drain
Mana Cost: 35 - 9 Mana per second. MPS increases by 2 every level.
Cooldown: 15 Seconds.
Description: Once activated, Hooterz attack range will be increased by 150 units, but only at the cost of 9 Mana per second. Everytime you increase the level of this spell, the range increase will be increased by 75 units.
Example: So, say you have 300 mana and you activate this spell, you will now have 265 mana because it costs 35 mana. And lets say you only have the first level of this spell. So, your attack range will be increased by 150. But, you keep it increased for 15 seconds. You will lose 9 mana per second for those 15 seconds. So you would end up using 170 mana. But, of course, the mana cost would depend mainly on how long you keep the spell activated.

Type of Spell: AoE.
Mana Cost: 115 - Same at all Levels.
Cooldown: 14 Seconds at all levels.
Description. Hooterz calls down arrows in an AoE of 450. All enemy units/heroes in the AoE hit by the arrows will take 25 damage and will be impaled into the ground for 2 seconds. Every level increases the AoE by 25, and the damage by 25. Also, and at level 7 the units will be stuck for 1 more second.
Im pretty sure this spell doesn't need an explanation.

Type of Spell: Passive
Description: Hooterz arrows are so sharp that they seem to go through the units she attacks by 500 units. The thing is, they units hit after first unit only take 40% of the damage. Each level increases the percentage by 30%. And, each level also increases the range that the arrows pass through by 200.
Example: So, say you have this spell at the second level. And...you have 80 attack damage. So you hit a unit, and it passes through that unit by 700 units. All the units hit will take 60% of Hooterz attack. So they would take 48 damage, because 60% of 80 is 48.

At last another hero idea...well pretty good, but spell one has to have a longer cooldown as she can kill a 3k hp hero in 8-9 hits or even lower if she gets a sol kati(make it about 2 sec cooldown or something or make the % lower for heros).
Long range should have a max range cap as her range would get higher than mortars at later levels(and we all hate mortars range )

Spell 3s cool, but either you have a typo in the ulti or its just me. You say that the next unit will take 40% less damage and each level adds 30% more. But in your example you used 60% and im pretty sure 40+60=70. Also that would mean that at level 3 she does 100% damage to all units within the line. How about making it 40%,60%,80%?

Another thing will units take 60% damage from her base attack or the damage taken by the unit? Ex: 1st unit takes 100 dmg, 2nd takes 60% lower i.e. 60 ; will the next take 60% of 60 or 60% of 100?

Good, but I think her ulti is a little too good, it's like a ranged cleaving and cleaving doesn't go like 700 units before your attacked character, also it does pretty high cleaving percentage. Either make the cleaving range smaller or the percentage of damage it cleaves lower.

nice hero. you need to do what rampage said though. he has some good pointers

oh ya and you might wana think of a 4 skill (just for the hell of it): i was thinking of
switch to crossbow:
attack speed decreases x% and damage increases y% (level one should start at lose 60% and gain 40%, higher levels increase the attack speed by 5% and increase damage % by 10%. (level 7: x=25%, y=100%)) the switch is permanent until you switch back. cool down starts at 5 seconds between switches and increases 1 second per level.

Not a bad hero.
Skill 1 is definately overpowered though. I'm not sure what you'd want to do w/ that though.
Skill 2 is a cool idea
Skill 3 is ok
Skill 4 would go in a straight line? So like shockwave or soemthing?

You cant think of this hero's spells individually.
You have to put the synergy together
Imagine this, and put the synergy together

Say your chasing a hero, you would put Auto-Cast on your Piercing arrows, then you would attack a hero.
So, the hero would start running away, you turn on Long Range to hit him from far away.
Then you can use Impale to get a little damage on him, but mainly for the hold.
Hes really mainly just like a Hero Killer/Chaser.

And then, of course, his Ultimate is just for killing units.
