[NEW]/[ITEM(s)] weapons smith

i would like to thank Killzor for contributing some of these thoughts.

this is a shop where you can buy various items that benefit heroes depending on what they require. each weapon is of a different element feel free to let me know if you think of another element i forgot and you think should be added (be sure to tell me what it does though) all of them give boosts to attack unless stated otherwise. they all cost 8000 gold, have a user casted ability, and have 20% chance for their passives.

Darkness- Crypt sword (already in the game)


light-spear of justice:
said to be wielded by god himself before lost on earth. has a chance to send a shockwave down a straight path blinding and confusing enemies with light. (similar to a thunder clap effect)

STATS

attack bonus: +115
Shockwave damage: 100
shockwave confusion: 3 seconds (50% slow/50% attack damage)
Heal: 500hp (cooldown 1 minute)



fire-burning scimitar:
a weapon forged under such intense heat and pressure that it still gives off heat to this day.the heat of blade builds up on attackers and occasionally the heat builds up and send a huge heat wave down a line damaging units and leaving a trail of fire behind it. (leaves a trail of fire that lasts a few seconds burning units that stand on it)

STATS

attack bonus: +115
incinerate: +5 damage per attack
initial fire damage: 75
fire per second: 25 (lasts 3 seconds)
flame strike: 200 dmg initial then 50 dmg per second for 4 seconds(cooldown 2 minutes)



nature-raepammer

ice-snowy star:
once a icicle until the lich lord grasped and shaped it. it then became so cold that only its handle remained safe to touch as it freezes those who touch the blade. it slows those who touch it's blade and sometimes unleashes the lich's magic power freezing enemies down a line. (similar to ice nova's down a line)

STATS

attack damage: +115
slows enemy: 30%
ice nova damage (each individuial ice nova has no aoe): 100
ice slow: 60%
frost nova: 600 dmg + 200 to units around target (60% slow for 3 seconds)(2 minute cooldown)



wind-fury and gale:
these pair of blades carry the power of the wind god in them. one carries his speed and the other his magic. they give a light boost to attack damage, a small increase in attack/walk speed, the ability to go invisible, and a chance to summon cyclones down a line throwing enemies into the air for a few seconds.

STATS

attack bonus: +75 damage
attack/walk speed bonus: +50%
cyclones: 3 seconds in air + have 10 dmg per second immolation (last 3 seconds each)
wind walk: +70% walk speed, 200 bonus damage to attack (2 minute cooldown)



Magic- merlin's wand:
the ultimate wizards weapon. although it does not give much boost to attack it boosts intelligence, gives merlin's stun ability, and mana regeneration and gives a chance to cast ethereal down a line.

STATS

attack boost: +50
intelligence boost: +50 (+ 10 mp/sec mana regen)
ethereal: 3 seconds, 60% slow, and ethereal
firebolt: deals 500 damage (1 minute cooldown)



Water-Aqualibur:
The aqualibur was a sword that was found at the very bottom of the sea. It holds mystical powers. It gives a mana boost, and on every hit, theres a chance to shoot a blue wave of water (the death anchors thingy for the animation) that slows units hit by it and drains some mana from heroes. also gives the mana shield ability.

STATS

attack bonus: +115
mana bonus: +250
wave damage: 100 (15% of heroes mana will be drained)
wave slow: 50%
mana shield:1 mana per 1 damage (2 minute cooldown)



Earth- sledge
the sledge was a powerful relic of old. lost to the ages, it was so powerful that people have referred to good hammers as "sledge hammers" ever since its disappearance, which was kinda awkward due to the fact the it was just a really big sword. it has now appeared to ultimate footmen and is back for action. it gives additional damage, is so large that some hits will be critical, and has a chance to slow enemies down a line and move them slowly toward the wielder it also grants the power to make a devastating stomp every once in a while.

STATS

attack bonus: +150
critical hit: 3x damage
slow: 70%
war stomp: 300 damage, 3 second stun (2 minute cooldown)



Lightning-Thor's sword
although overshadowed often by Thor's hammer this is still a powerful device. forged with that very hammer i contains some if it's power and more. although meant to be Thor's new weapon a small "glitch" made him choose to keep using his hammer. the sword gives a small boost in attack, has a chance of turning foes down a line into random animals for short period of time, and has a chance to cast forked lightning. also grants chubs lightning ability.

STATS

attack bonus: +50
hex: 2 seconds
forked lightning: 75 damage hits 4 targets
chub's lightning: medium aoe, 100 damage per lightning, last 10 seconds (2 minute cooldown)


**NOTE** i have not put many values in on purpose because i want people to base it on idea not on stats yet. i will add stats when people help me decide what is balanced

I forgot to mention that these are all orb effects so they CANNOT be stacked.

i have added abilities and other bonuses to the weapons. killzor I did not change your weapon. i will if you want me to but I'll let it up to you (to decide what other abilities if any you want it to have.)

i have been thinking. i don't have lightning or earth... but i can't think of anything to make them unique. if anyone has any ideas please let me know. it's really eating at me

oh ya and also. do you think i should add skills to these? you know like wind gets a wind walk to cast every 2 minutes... fire gets a flame strike every 2 minutes... ice gets a frost nova... light gets heal avery minute... darkness gets impale... magic gets a eatheral... water gets the water strike... nature gets entangling roots

and if lightning or earth was add i was think forked lightning and war stomp....

but these might make them over powered

They sound like good ideas
How about for the earth one, the animation is like the Thunder Clap and it brings the units toward you and slows?
And for lightning, i have a great idea
The units hit by the lightning (in a line) will be Hexed for 4 seconds! Hex is a new one that we haven't used
How about it?

well its good to have weopens in ult footmen but the biggest dissadvantige that if someone made mabby lord emblem with that splash and x3 dmg that meens 2 excaliburs 1 of those that means that he will do like 500x3 1.5k and if he bought 2 that means that he can get 1.5kx3 that means=4.5k dmg

snood i can barely understand that but from what i gather you mean to say lord emblem + the one that gives crit gives unfair advantage? let me answer this with a quote:

you have to READ next time. that part was one of the modifications i put in about 2 seconds after i made this poll. they DON'T stack so the most he could get was 1.5k and ya.. if he bought 2 Excalibur's and that item (total of 28k gold) then he deserves to do that much damage. thats a lot of gold

I need to go and relearn how to write i think.Somethims hapens that u can get x2 x2 if u get 2 orbs that gives crit
I know that i may be mistaking but i got sometimes with the
2 swords that gives x2crit with a 1 crit with lord emblem i did 400 dmg next time i think i did 2 crits not together but when it hapens again i saw that it realy was 780 dmg.

that might have been a glitch but the fact is these items aren't intended to stack. if they do its triggering fault not the idea.

anyway i need help deciding actual values for each item. if someone could help me, I'm basing "balanced" off of the crypt sword so each weapon should be just as strong.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO VOTE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! I JUST NEED 4 MORE!

Cool ideas.
I'm just not sure which ones people would use, would be most likely to use, with which heros, etc.

The damage addition should probably be closer to 100 dmg, rather then 145 damage.

k i reduced the damage a little. and as for the not sure which would be used. i take that as a compliment cuz at least it would take some testing to find out which was the strongest (if any).

I like all of them, add some new weapon stuff than the just plain old armads, claws, excaliber.
