[HERO] Skeletal Mage

Skeletal Mage

Attack Animation - Lightning
Intelligance Based
Starting Mana - 620

Spells -

1) Lightning Ball

The animation of this spell would look like the Skeletal Mage throwing a white/light-blue lightning ball into an AoE of (X). The ball will explode a matter of seconds later, depending on the level. The units hit by it will take little damage, but their armor will be reduced.
Level 1 - AoE of 400. Explodes 4 seconds later, dealing 50 damage, reducing armor by 3 for 15 seconds. MC=55. CD=10 Seconds.
Level 2 - AoE of 475. Explodes 4 seconds later, dealing 85 damage, reducing armor by 4 for 15 seconds. MC=70. CD=10 Seconds.
Level 3 - AoE of 550. Explodes 4.5 seconds later, dealing 100 damage, reducing armor by 5 for 17 seconds. MC=85. CD=9 Seconds.
Level 4 - AoE of 625. Explodes 4.5 seconds later, dealing 120 damage, reducing armor by 6 for 17 seconds. MC=100. CD=9 Seconds.
Level 5 - AoE of 700. Explodes 4 seconds later, dealing 135 damage, reducing armor by 7 for 20 seconds. MC=120. CD=8 Seconds.
Level 6 - AoE of 775. Explodes 4 seconds later, dealing 150 damage, reducing armor by 8 for 20 seconds. MC=140. CD=8 Seconds.
Level 7 - AoE of 850. Explodes 3 seconds later, dealing 175 damage, reducing armor by 10 for 22 seconds. MC=155. CD=7.5 Seconds.

2) Frost Ward

The Skeletal Mage has the ability to summon an invisible Frost Ward. The Frost Ward gives sight around it, and all enemy units within (X) AoE will be slowed by 25% movement speed. Also, if an enemy hero, stay too close to the ward for a period of time, the ward will blow up, dealing massive frost damage. As you increase the level of the ward, it gains more effects. The wards will stay in the spot they are put forever, or until they are blown up.
Level 1 - Slows enemy units within AoE of 175. Gives sight of 175 AoE. Ward will blow up if enemy hero is within AoE of 100 for more than 8 seconds. It deals 180 Damage. MC=110. CD=1 Minute.
Level 2 - Slows enemy units within AoE of 250. Gives sight of 275 AoE. Ward will blow if hero is within AoE of 175 for more than 8 seconds. Deals 275 Damage. MC=125. CD=1 Minute.
Level 3 - Slowing AoE of 325. Sight of 400 AoE. Ward blows if hero is within AoE of 225 for more than 6.5 seconds. Deals 400 Damage. MC=145. CD=55 Seconds.
Level 4 - Slows units within an AoE of 400, and units will also take 5 Damage per second(DPS). Sight of 465. Ward blows if hero is within AoE of 395 for more than 6.5 seconds. Deals 525 Damage. MC=170. CD=55 Seconds.
Level 5 - Slows units within an AoE of 480, and units will take 6 DPS. Sight of 550. Ward blows if hero is within AoE of 450 for more than 5 seconds. Deals 600 Damage. MC=190. CD=50 Seconds.
Level 6 - Slows units within an AoE of 565, and units will take 6 DPS. Sight of 550. Wards blows if hero is within AoE of 515 for more than 5 seconds. Deals 710 Damage. MC=200. CD=50 Seconds.
Level 7 - Slows units within an AoE of 650, and units will take 7 DPS. Sight of 580. Ward blows if hero is within AoE of 545 for more than 4 seconds. Deals 800 Damage. MC=225. CD=45 Seconds. Also, if your ward kills a hero, the Skeletal Mage will gain 1/3 of the dead hero's max health.

3) Inner Silence

When this spell is casted on a hero, and hero only, the hero will take (X) amount of damage for (Z) amount of time. All the while, the hero will be silenced, and will not be able to cast spells. The hero that has the spell casted on cannot be killed from the spell. The hero will always be left with more that 100 HP.
Level 1 - 10 Damage Per Second (DPS) for 10 Seconds. Silenced for 5 seconds. MC=75. CD=18 Seconds.
Level 2 - 15 DPS for 12 Seconds. Silenced for 6 seconds. MC=85. CD=20 Seconds.
Level 3 - 20 DPS for 14 Seconds. Silenced for 8 seconds. MC=100. CD=22 Seconds.
Level 4 - 25 DPS for 16 Seconds. Silenced for 9 seconds. MC=120. CD=24 Seconds.
Level 5 - 25 DPS for 18 Seconds. Silenced for 10 seconds. MC=135. CD=26 Seconds.
Level 6 - 30 DPS for 20 Seconds. Silenced for 11 seconds. MC=150. CD=28 Seconds.
Level 7 - 35 DPS for 20 Seconds. Silenced for 13 seconds. MC=175. CD=30 Seconds.

4) Flash

All enemy players computer screens turn white for a period of time, making it so you cant see anything on the map. The higher the level of the spell, the longer it stays whited out, and the shorter the cooldown becomes.
Level 1 - Screen whites out for 5 seconds. MC=0. CD=1 Minute
Level 2 - Screen whites out for 7.5 seconds. MC=0. CD=50 Seconds.
Level 3 - Screen whites out for 9 seconds. MC=0. CD=45 Seconds.
Level 4 - Screen whites out for 11 seconds. MC=0. CD=40 Seconds.

Haha, i know that the last spell seems a bit weird, but it could really be useful for his Lighting Ball. Enemy players wouldn't move their hero, because they would know where he would be going, so then you could throw a lightning ball and lower their armor, and wipe them right out.

Please give me feedback on the concept...not the numbers!

I like all his spells but the Ultimate. I'm not really a fan of spells that actually hurts a person's ability to play.
