[ITEM] Raepammer

Raepammer

It was once told that there was a mystical hammer once weld Raeper. He was the almighty king of the forest. Not only one forest...but all the forests. It was said that one time, all the forest animals got sick of him being king and decided to go on strike. Sadly, with one swift strike from the Raeper, they were killed. Then, exactly 10 years later, the King was killed. Him, his armor, and everything dissapeared....everything but his Hammer.

Stats

Cost - 8000 Gold
Damage - +145
Ability - Vital Grip (Passive)

Vital Grip - Everytime the wielder of the Raepammer attacks a unit, there is a 20% that the wielder will shoot Entangling Roots in a line behind the unit. All units trapped by the Entangling Roots will take 30 Damage for 2.5 seconds. The range of the Entangling Roots is 625. Each Entangling Roots has an AoE of 75. In case you don't understand the effect when its activated, ill show a little diagram. -
X = Wielder of Raepammer
o = Entangling Roots
1 = Unit Being Attacked
- = Raepammer

X-1 oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

So when he attacks the unit, there is a 20% that he will shoot entangling roots behind the attack unit.

Changelog -

Attack Damage reduced to +130.
Entangling Roots range reduced to 625

Will it entangle the unit your attacking or only stuff behind it? Either way I vote yes.

I didn't include the range, cause I dont really know how far is far.
Im not sure if this would be rigged, but...
How about 875 range?

My friend was with me when i made the item
Originaly, I was gonna name is the Vinalibur
Then I was like, hm, its more of a sword name
Then my friend was like, "name is the rape hammer!"
I was like "lol"
So I just spelled it differently
lawl

Yeah, i was also thinking maybe the range was a bit too long, i think 625 range would be fine?

Take the attack damage down to like 120 cuz of the ability. Its pretty gosu. lawl

So its pretty much teh crypt sword.. just entangling roots and not impale..
More attack damage to replace spiked carapace..

i see your point titan. maybe there should be a weapon for each element like this:

darkness; crypt sword

light:like a thunder clap down a line

earth: the raepammer

fire: like a heat wave that burns enemies per second

water: ice nova down a line

wind: a cyclone that throws units into the air for a second or 2

Oh thats a good idea
I think for the fire one...i think it should be one that shoots heat waves in a line and it lowers defense of those units by like 10.
Then you can own them since they will have low defense
But yeah, the thunderclap would be cool
And then there would be a thunder one
Lightning bolts come down from the sky in a line, and they do like 100 damage each and stun for 1.75 seconds.

im not sure about the thunder one because that does the same thing as the crypt sword. i cant think of anything to replace it though.

You know. Technically you need 20 votes and at least %50 must be in your favor. Even through it only have 2 options. Pretty much what I'm trying to say here is. You already have the 10 votes you need. So all you need is just 10 members to just vote. Even if they are all against it. You still should be able to turn the idea in for more consideration.

And btw, Stubby gave me a good idea for the Light one.
It would be a shockwave that would push the units 300 units backward and stunning for 1 second?

when i thought of the items i was thinking more along the lines of each having a different effect (i.e. stun, slow, confused...). but hey, i dont make the rules

anyway thought of another one. this would be for a spell caster mainly:

magic (type): gives + to intelligence and a little to damage- has a chance to turn units down a line ethereal.

I like that idea, very creative

I have an idea for one called the
Water (Type): Gives +100 Damage, +100 Mana, +3 Mana Regeneration. And every attack has a 20% chance to shoot a wave of water in a line behind the unit. The units hit by the wave will be slowed by 50% for 5 seconds, and all heroes that were hit by the wave get all their mana drained!

Maybe a little over powered, but idk. I thought it would be cool

lol your kidding right? that's huge!!! and think. an average of 1 time per 5 hits? so what an average battle of 10 hits they lose almost 3/4 of their mana (100 - (100 x .45)= .65 + (.65 x .45)= 74.25%) i say at most 20%
