Skill One: Outburst - Sends a missle of bottled up rage, harming enemys in an area and knocking them back from the focal point of the attack. (CD is always 10 seconds, AoE is 400, KB is 200)

lvl 1: 100 Dmg
lvl 2: 150 Dmg
lvl 3: 250 Dmg
lvl 4: 300 Dmg
lvl 5: 500 Dmg
lvl 6: 600 Dmg
lvl 7: 800 Dmg

Skill Two: Hate is Love - The aura projecting from Hate allows him and his team to recover rapidly when standing still (must be standing still, not attacking or anything!). Also increases attack speed when...attacking. Duh. (AoE is 300 at first, goes up by 100 each lvl)

lvl 1: 2% Max health recovered per 5 secs, 5% FAS (Faster Attack Speed)
lvl 2: 5% Max health recovered, 10% FAS
lvl 3: 8% Max health recovered, 12% FAS
lvl 4: 10% Max health recovered, 15% FAS
lvl 5: 10% Max health recovered, 18% FAS
lvl 6: 10% Max health recovered, 20% FAS
lvl 7: 15% Max health recovered, 30% FAS

Skill Three: Psycoclasm - Locks himself inside and takes all hits thrown at him, while he is immobile and his HP is draining away. Once he's had enough, he explodes, delivering a multiple of the damage taken in that state. (CD is 2 Minutes, AoE is 800)

lvl 1: HP Drains 100 per Second, +50 HP, x.5 (half)
lvl 2: HP Drains 120 per Second, +100 HP, x1 (same)
lvl 3: HP Drains 150 per Second, +200 HP, x1.5
lvl 4: HP Drains 200 per Second, +500 HP, x2
lvl 5: HP Drains 230 per Second, +800 HP, x2.5
lvl 6: HP Drains 250 per Second, +1000 HP, x3
lvl 7: HP Drains 400 per Second, +2000 HP, x4

Skill Four: Unhindered Rancor - Hate charges at extreme speeds, blowing through and damaging anything in his way. He goes through them as if they weren't there, and the damage is like Immolation. (MC is 150, CD is 30 Seconds, Remember, he's going really fast, so you have to click a lot to get him to go the direction you want!)

lvl 1: 50 Dmg per second, Lasts 5 Seconds
lvl 2: 80 Dmg per second, Lasts 5 Seconds
lvl 3: 100 Dmg per Sec, Lasts 8 Seconds
lvl 4: 120 Dmg per Sec, Lasts 8 Seconds
lvl 5: 140 Dmg per Sec, Lasts 8 Seconds
lvl 6: 160 Dmg per Sec, Lasts 8 Seconds
lvl 7: 250 Dmg per Sec, Lasts 10 Seconds

Ultimate Skill: World of Ire - An explosion rocks the screen, and when it clears, Hate's foots become Incarnations of Ire. The catch is, the lower the Tier, the more powerful the summoned units are. They also have different abilities based on your Tier level. (Effects all your OWN Footmen, CD is 5 minutes, "Incarnation of Ire"s look like Blobs, the effect itself lasts 2 minutes)

lvl 1: 250 HP, 50-50 Dmg (Tier 1-2 has 350 HP, 75-75 Dmg, Has Evade 10%,)
lvl 2: 500 HP, 80-100 Dmg (Tier 1-2 has 650 HP, 100-100 Dmg, Evade 10%, Cleave 25%)
lvl 3: 1000 HP, 150-200 Dmg (Tier 1-2 has 1500 HP, 200-200 Dmg, Evade 15%, Cleave 25%, Resistant Skin, All Tiers above 3 have Crit Strike and Evade 10%)

Spell 1 seems fine.
Spell 2 is basically just a max heal spell, except it kills a bunch of units.
I like spell 3 a lot. The draining hp is in addition to damage dealt by enemies right? And also, how long does he stay in that state/how much damage does he take, max?
Spell 4 is only for heros...?
Lvl 3 for your ulti is too strong

Skill 3 Lol! Needs longer cooldown

Skill 4 You cant just add health at some random time when they are effected by the aura..Also.. WTF! -150dmg? That alone makes it retardly RIGGED.

Ultimate.. Instant damage? haha...Skeles = too strong

Really rethink this hero, its extremely overpowered.. so as of now im deeming this hero

Yeah, I was tired when making this dude. I'll revise him.Yeah, Yeah.......btw, Spell 3 does include Dmg from enemies as well as the draining. And you can do it as long as you want, you just can't cancel it. You remain that way till' you explode...or die trying.
