Type of Spell - Passive
Description - Shivo's attack is so cold that whenever he hits a unit, it will be slowed and its attack speed will slightly be slowed. Also, Shivo's attack also gets increased a bit.

Level 1 - 4% slowed Movement Speed. 2% slowed Attack Speed. +2 Damage
Level 2 - 7% slowed Movement Speed. 4% slowed Attack Speed. +4 Damage
Level 3 - 10% slowed Movement Speed. 6% slowed Attack Speed. +7 Damage
Level 4 - 13% slowed Movement Speed. 8% slowed Attack Speed. +10 Damage

For the rest of the level, the MS% is increased, along with the AS%. Also adds, damage.

Animation - Whenever the unit gets hit, it will have little white sparks coming off of it, showing its frosty pain!

Frost Path

Type of Spell - Activate
Description - When activated, Shivo will launch a path of ice in front of him for (X) amount of units. Any unit that walks on the Frost Path will slide in the direction from which they stepped on the path. But, when units are sliding on the ice, they will move alot slower and will possibly have a chance to gain frost bite. Also, when units are sliding on the path, they cannot turn until they are off of the path. And, while enemy units are sliding on the path, they will take damage per second.

Level 1 - Launches 625 units forward. Lasts for 10 seconds. Units on the path will slide on it and move 15% slower. 5% to gain Frostbite when stepping on path. Enemy units will take 10 DPS. MC = 120. CD = 26 Seconds.
Level 2 - Launches 875 units forward. Lasts for 12 seconds. Units on the path will slide on it and move 22% slower. 12% to gain Frostbite when stepping on path. Enemy units will take 20 DPS. MC = 150. CD = 28 Seconds.
Level 3 - Launches 1100 units forward. Lasts for 14 seconds. Units on the path will slide on it and move 29% slower. 18% to gain Frostbite when stepping on path. Enemy units will take 30 DPS. MC = 185. CD = 30 Seconds.
Level 4 - Launches 1450 units forward. Lasts for 16 seconds. Units on the path will slide on it and move 35% slower. 25% to gain Frostbite when stepping on path. Enemy units will take 40 DPS. MC = 210. CD = 32 Seconds.

For the rest of the levels, the time that the path stays is increased.

Animation - Just like the Spectre's Shadow Path, but this one is light blue, and the path is wider.

Frostbite Effect - When units are under the effect of Frostbite, they will lose exactly 1/10 of their remaining health, and then, they will take the after effect which is 2 Damage per second for 25 seconds.

Death Wish

Type of Spell - Auto-Activated at Death.
Description - When Shivo is killed, his powers will explode, dispersing frost damage equally to nearby enemy units. The damage dispersed is calculated based on the Frost Elementals max health. For example, say Shivo was ganked by 4 heroes in the forest, so those were the only units nearby him. And lets say he had 1600 health. The 4 heroes ganked would take 400 damage each.

Level 1 - Damage dispersed equally in an AoE of 375 around Shivo.
Level 2 - Damage dispersed equally in an AoE of 500 around Shivo.
Level 3 - Damage dispersed equally in an AoE of 625 around Shivo.
Level 4 - Damage dispersed equally in an AoE of 750 around Shivo. When units are hit by the dispersed energy of Shivo, they will not only take damage, but their movement speed will be slowed by 50% for 5 seconds.

For the rest of the levels, the 50% slow will just increase each level by 3 seconds.

Animation - The animation for this spell just be nothing, except for the 4th level of the spell. When units are hit with the 4th level of the spell, it will look like they are being hit by a Frost Nova.

Ice Storm

Type of Spell - Passive
Description - As long as the almighty Shivo is alive, his Ice Storm will be active across the WHOLE map. So pretty much, tiny pieces of ice are falling from the sky on the whole map...but, only if he is alive. While its "Ice Storming" all units will passively take damage from the Ice Storm.

Level 1 - Units take 3 Damage per second.
Level 2 - Units take 6 Damage per second.
Level 4 - Units take 9 Damage per second.

*Note* - Even though this may sound cheap, the only thing its really going to do is slow down the health regeneration of heroes. But yes, it will be good for passively killing creeps, units, etc...

Animation - Something that looks like ice falling from the sky.

The synergy is too hard to explain when most of the spells are passive. But, just think about it. All the spells really go together to make a great hero, eh?

I like the idea, and his ultimate is kinda cheap. The guy can just hide in his base and never do anything.

Well yeah we do
But we've got 2 of the fire element (bloodmage and firelord)

I think that it looks good.
I think spell 1 is already in game though...
I really like the idea of spell 2
Spell 3 would get kind of useless though... I think that instead of increasing the aoe (cuz that would just affect more units for less damage) you should have a constant aoe and increase the damage. (lvl 1 - 100% of hp remaining, lvl 2 - 150% etc.)

But, to tell you the truth, I initially posted this hero on DotA forums.
But, i wanted to see how you guys liked it.

ultimate i think you should lower it a little maybe starting at 2 damage and goin up by 2 then goin up by 3

i like the idea of this heroes ult, becuase units would be drawn to attack it so he would need a good defensive army, likewise i believe that instead of including the whole map that it should have a ridiculouse AoE. and the death wish is great too, because it is reminisent of loki's blink but with the cost of death. Otherwise this hero is very similar to frosty. i would like to see this hero furthured
