its seems to me that the purpose of AR is defeated if you can still buy heroes. lets say I random a tank and farm like 50k gold I could buy a hero lvl it up with tomes and it would destroy all the other heroes and I could pick the hero I'm the best with. So I propose that you can still buy heroes they would have to be randomly picked.

That doesn't really make sense.
Are you saying that in AR, you should only be alllowed to random?
Like, after you get your hero, the only availible option in the hero taverns would be random?
Because that would make more sense then anything else.
If so, then that wouldn't be too bad of an idea.

I see where ur coming from, but that still wont be great. When u get later into the game, its not really about getting another hero, its more about uping ur units. And the ability to get another hero of your choice should always be there.

you would have to wait a while to get the 3 summoner. the cooldowns on the heros aren't very short. assuming you've randomed one, buy the next one, then buy another. there are two outcomes to that. your screwed because others have teched strong enough to pwn those summons or you kik donkeys. but i think it would be more likely that you would loss more then you would gain.

But u know how long it wuld take to even 3? there is a large cooldown, 3600 seconds to be exact. even if you random him once, thats still only going to be one game, and leveling him will be hard too bcuz of how low his health is.

Yea... and summoners aren't even really the best hero...
If you got 3 blood alchemists, that would be different.
And as titan said, the cooldown for heros is freakin long.

LMAO 3 blademasters. still not that good. imagine 3 blood alchemists with his ultimate. 27 of them. and if u use the fury move thingy that buffs up your stats and then mirror. the mirrors keep the good stats. man that would pwn.... Ok, personally I would have to say. I have been pretty stuborn with people. I'm just not in good moods these days. Personally, I think this is a stupid and pointless topic. Look, no one is going to get 3 ultimate summoners, if they do, everyone would leave. Plus the hero cooldown is like 30 minutes, you would have to play an hour. If your good at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], which isn't that hard to be, then you can kill everyone within 25 mins.

In like footmen frenzy, where you can pick heros over and over again, then this would be a good idea.
However, in ultf, the cooldown for heros is so long that it wouldn't be worth it to have this feature in there.
Titan brings up a very good point, that it doesn't take an hour to end a game.
My average game length is around 20 min or so.
I get gargs a lil after 15 min. (unless i buy ownage items for my hero)

This is true, I agree with you on this subject. Shouldn't this be in regular Ultimate Footmen talk or Blizz Talk? Please excuse me if I have misiterpreted this thread and this is a suggestion.

i think the point of this thread should be better random as sometimes you get 3 heros in one game and its pretty weird

Heres the problem with AR hero pick.

First you random a hero. Lets say you get a good farmer i.e.Grave Keeper (dont argue) then you get lots of money tech Undead then get gargs. Now your WAY ahead of most of the opponents but instead of getting upgrades you get the blood alchemist...now you have lots of gold, buy tomes do the money trick get massive gold then kill all the bases with your hero. (yes its possible, ive done it many times (and yes on a tier 5 base))

well it's a good idia that when u go in -ar u won't just get like the king kilvach i thing,then use his spells make like 10k gold take loki than lv with tomes fpor his spells to kill the heros than he takes the beast master with his ult just pwns the buildings with ur team mate-s helping u with tanking with there units so.thats the easyest thing for a victory for me
