[HERO] The Arcane Mystic

[HERO] The Arcane Mystic!
This hero is a mage who specializes in arcane magic! He is an all around hero with good AoE and hero targeting spells.
Main Attribute: Intelligence
Gains 1.5 str per level, 1.5 agi per level, and 2.5 int per level.


Spell 1-Arcane Explosion-The mystic sends out an explosion of arcane magic dealing damage to all enemies in an area around him!
Level 1-300 AoE, 30 damage, 6 second cooldown.
Level 2-350 AoE, 40 damage, 5 second cooldown.
Level 3-400 AoE, 50 damage, 4 second cooldown.
Level 4-500 AoE, 60 damage, 3 second cooldown.
Level 5-600 AoE, 70 damage, 2 second cooldown.
Level 6-700 AoE, 80 damage, 1 second cooldown.
Level 7-800 AoE, 90 damage, 0 second cooldown.


Spell 2-Arcane Missles-The mystic shoots an arcane missle at a target every .5 seconds. Once the enemy moves out of cast range which is 1000, the missles stop shooting.
Level 1-2 Missles, 50 damage each. Cooldown 8 seconds.
Level 2-3 missles, 60 dmge each. Cooldown 10 seconds.
Level 3-4 missles, 70 dmge each. Cooldown 12 seconds.
Level 4-5 missles, 80 dmge each. Cooldown 14 seconds.
Level 5-6 missles, 90 dmge each. Cooldown 16 seconds.
Level 6-7 missles, 100 dmge each. Cooldown 18 seconds.
Level 7-8 missles, 110 dmge each. Cooldown 20 seconds.


Spell 3-Mind Blast- The mystic concentrates and sends out a wave of arcane magic from his head to target's head, confusing them for a while; at the same time causing the target to become hostile to his own team.( means target is hostile but is not on any team's side and will attack any unit on sight)
Level 1-50 damage to target, confusing them for 5 seconds. Cooldown 8 sec.
Level 2-100 damage to target, confusing them for 6 seconds. Cooldown 10 sec.
Level 3-150 damage to target, confusing them for 7 seconds. Cooldown 12 sec.
Level 4-200 damage, confusing them for 8 seconds. Cooldown 14 sec.
Level 5-250 damage, confusing them for 9 seconds. Cooldown 16 sec.
Level 6-300 damage, confusing them for 10 seconds. Cooldown 18 sec.
Level 7-350 damage, confusing them for 11 seconds. Cooldown 20 sec.


Spell 4-Arcane Power- The mystic channels his arcane power. All of his spells now do extra damage. Lasts 15 seconds; cooldown 45 seconds.
Level 1-+5% to all spell damage.
Level 2-+10% to all spell damage.
Level 3-+15% to all spell damage.
Level 4-+20% to all spell damage.
Level 5-+25% to all spell damage.
Level 6-+30% to all spell damage.
Level 7-+35% to all spell damage.
(For Arcane missles it would be +35% spell damage to each missle)


Ultimate: Arcane Instability-The mystic can control when to totally release his arcane magic, dealing damage based on how long he has channeled it. Cooldown 75 seconds.
Level 1-Can channel for 3 seconds; does 150 damage for every second it is channeled; can be interrupted; if interrupted, arcane instability will still release. AoE of 1000.
Level 2-Can channel for 6 seconds; does 150 damage for every second it is channeled; can be interrupted; if interrupted, arcane instability will still release. AoE of 1250.
Level 3-Can channel for 9 seconds; does 150 damage for every second it is channeled; can be interrupted; if interrupted, arcane instability will still release. AoE of 1500.
(Ex.The arcane mystic clicks on this level 3 spell; he begins channeling for up to 9 seconds; if he finishes channeling 9 seconds; it does 1350 damage to all enemy units around him in an AoE of 1500. If this spell has only charged 4 seconds before someone stopped him with say a stun, this spell will still be released but only doing 600 damage to all units in an AoE of 1500.)

He is a good unit killer with some spells that most UltF heroes do not have.
So give me some good feedback please!

Skills 1 and 2 are absolutely atrocious, if this hero comes out I hope to god I never random him.

Well, they just seam really, REALLY rigged. 30 damage, 6 second cooldown? 1000 range? That can reach extremely far and kill heros with ease..

Huh? Arcane Explosion has 800 AoE not range... and its 0 second cooldown 90 damage.
And how does 90 damage kill heroes with ease? It will probably drain his mana before killing anything. And Arcane Missles cooldown is 20 seconds.
