Red: This unit is not official, idea based, still planning green: Official Humans: Captains: Powerful melee units meant to keep units at bay while range take out the enemies, phas endurance aura. Using the Captain model Crossbowman: Powerful but slow ranged unit, good for siege. *Model is pending* Paladin Apprentice:Name is still pending, this unit is weaker then the hero paladin, and mainly a caster unit with holyshock ability and possibly a heal ability.(Heavy spellcaster unit) Arathor Knight: These powerful warriors once were part of a mighty empire that started it all, few in number but powerful. This unit is more of a speedy siege unit, somewhat like a raider only lesser in HP, faster, stronger and about the same amount of armor as a raider. Purpose may change. Dwarven Warrior: These are singly weak but strong in number, they have the ability bash, and possibly another spell(new kind of spell similar to bloodlust???) They use leather armor and are a bit stronger then footman, but with less HP and armor. These are good for skirmishes, there cheap too. Energy Tower: Powerful energy tower, Effective against air units. Orcs: Orc Assassin: These are weak melee units with meld, best for more "sneaky" attacks, there strong, but they arn't hard to kill. Warlock: A powerful spellcaster that can cast cripple and raise dead(orc) Base Raider: A strong raider on foot, good against killing light infantry and base raiding.(whole purpose of unit is pending) Orc Battlestation: These are powerful siege units capable of withstanding a lot of damage, has low damage itself, but its a siege unit with a transport ability(maybe a aura?) Can be also used as a movable like tower. I'm using this model. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Undead: Icecrown Reaver: A powerful melee/caster hero capable of summoning Icey Demons, Animate, Endurance. Thats all i got for him so far. btw he has blizzard too, only it will be named Icey blizzard with a new model Icey Demon: A powerful demon with bash and immolation..Similar to a infernal, only more powerful, with chaos damage and is considered "unarmored" so hes easier to kill. Skeleton Warrior: A basic Skeletal infantry soldier, with 0 armor, low HP and a good amount of damage. Purpose is pending. Skeletal Archer: A long range skeletal bowman, has several arrow spells, cold, fire, dark, and poison. Night Elves: Sentry: A strong unit with low hp and armor. Good for a basic infantry soldier or scouting. Spells: Icey Blizzard: A more efficient version of the blizzard, with a different blizzard like model Summon Icey Demon: powerful spell that summons the icey Demon, this is a ultimate spell like Infernal. Lesser Bash: A weaker version of the normal bash for heroes(used for units) I'm needing good original ideas... even ones to replace some of these if there better, i have this project posted on the.helper and the hive, now here. As many ideas as possible would be great. Updated Now, sorry I haven't updated in a while, been busy with things. So I'm updating this thread... I've been slowly working on a new map to present this on so once this project is close to a full release I will only release a map with what I have so far on that map to certain people to test it out, type down some ideas, adjustments, bugs, etc. So if you want a copy of the map so you can test it out, post your name and email, and I'll send you a copy, and you can battle against the AI(dont play online I dont want others to have this yet...) I don't really want overpowered humans and weak Night elves, or something like that. If you balance it, and contribute equally for every race, it will be a good job. The World Ends With You! |

![]() | Re: Warcraft 3: EG OK with that Skeletal Archer idea i recomend that u make the the fire,ice and poison etc abilities auto castable. And the idea of this is to keep your enemy guessing about what you are going to be using. |

Make sure you adjust all of their base damage and damage per dice and stuff, because I'd be the sort of person to forget, and end up with a spellcaster with strong spells, who is supposed to be weak, and does 5-10 base damage and 50-60 extra with every upgrade. I just need as many ideas as possible for the horde, undead, and Night Elves, and I need good ones. I need 4 new units for each race, a new hero for first version, once I get these, a beta can get released |

![]() | Re: Warcraft 3: EG lol, the crossbowman is pretty much completed, haven't tested him yet, i used this model, sense its simple and low KB [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Plus it can talk... Which fits things better. I gave him the following Searing arrows Slow attack but High Damage Siege damage, effective at buildings It has a short range attack same armor as a footman so he has same amount of defense uses the footman shield upgrade(hes wearing metal armor) Requires Workshop Gold: 325 Wood: 20 Food: 3 I'm deciding whether to have him trained at barracks or workshop. I have added a Ogre to the Horde, with a similar purpose as the Crossbowman. Slow attacking but high damage Siege damage Has no armor to make up for its damage(can't be abused) Effective against buildings Medium HP Has cleaving attack(That, bash or pulverize?) Cost: 345 Wood: 50 Food: 4 Thoughts? Btw I'm also working on a terrain we can use for this. so we dont use premade maps =P one I'm using is ugly. |

Let Ogres have cleave and give them high hp, to make up for 0 armor. I have a better idea than searing arrows for crossbowmen. Give them a type of attack like Frost Wyrms' Freezing Breath, but change the animation into a fiery one, and change the name, and maybe add a little damage per second? But make it auto-cast and cost a good bit of mana. And build them from the Workshop, because they're more siege-like and very powerful. The World Ends With You! |
