![]() | Warcraft 3 Empires ok, Until I got a forum for it Idea, Bugs and suggestion can be posted there... A lil description of map : You need to take over ressource on map for build your empire. Alyy and fight each other. So i have put the last version of it, like this you have a better idea of what is the map. In this version it have just 2 race so idea for race and unit can be nice. we are planning to made Undead, Human, Orc, Elf, Elementals, Dwarf, Demons. Seb. |

![]() | Re: Warcraft 3 Empires Alright, While i know yours was still a beta, a few things. Have randomized starting locations. Be it you only have 20 starting locations and players rotate between them every game, thats still better than having every played start at the same location every game. I liked the early game, it was simple and fun. Something that would help, is to have a different portrait or a way t make new builders stand out. The late game is fun but, it causes smaller powers to be outclassed indefinitely if they don't have the money. If you can think of a way to minimize that effect while still making it lucrative to get it earlier, all the better. One thing i didn't really like too much, was there was no way to improve earlier units. I know in debei's maps (rise of china and ect) he has it where you can upgrade the units. Now, i don't want this to be a copy of that map but, that was a nice feature. The end game is fun if you're at a competitive level, otherwise its a disaster which well, it should be but, it turns off alot of newbs. Still XD the one thing that really got me was not being able to find the fourth tier builder, was pretty annoying. Perhaps you should change that slightly... What i mean, every time you upgrade your main building, allow an upgrade that upgrades all previous builders to the new one. That would however need some balancing. Any ways, i like the map. It has a healthy amount of room for improvement and a promising future as a fun map. Just re-playability and newb friendly interface/building is all thats really needed. On a last note, consider a discount on a persons first hero? 250g isnt a whole whole lot but, its still a lil costly. Almost forgot, try making the races a little bit more unique. Their buildings seems almost cookie cutter to the others. Atleast humans and undead seemed that way. Perhaps add some more... Unique? ways to upgrade and or get better units. Such as maybe having certain units like some sort of undead caster, that sacrifices some f your units, and it can upgrade into a better unit? you get the idea |

I wan to make more race more unit before doing it And I will probably made some new upgrade for unit. I think the hero price is enough low like this because if we lower it It will gay a lil bit... But if you got idea for Race (Unit name, Building, Items) It can be Nice also if you think about new ressource building just let us know. And for the fourth tier Builder I know You cant find it because it dont have 1... Seb. |

Next Version: -New race (Naga) -More items, and balancing of the old ones -Some random polishes... -Reinforcements, for if your main building goes under ---- health (tell me what you think of it) -And finally, Kek3's suggestions Near Future -Balancing all units (this means Hero abilities also, and might be in next version instead) -More items (of course) -New race (maybe) -Future suggestions (if reasonable :P) Well, here's a SS I took (it took me a couple mins to get rdy ) |

And after I will made a new terrain with water and add some boats(Attack and transport) Like this maybe it will have some special ressource on island and I will made the map more big. At top of the map it will be the north so = winter At down of the map(south) It will be the desert. Like this it will look really better. I will probably add more ressource. But At the next release it will have all race made and some bugs fixed, new items, probabaly some tips during the game for help new player. Seb. |

There wouldn't be enough models to make a whole race out of them... 2 - Make a Scout type unit (told you this, just a reminder) 3 - Don't make the unit descriptions and stuff of new races same as the ones I made for Human/Undead :P 4 - Work on getting atleast 1 ability for each unit, and make new balanced ones for heroes |

You could make the dragons excellent in offensive and in speed, but ****ty in buildings and upgrades? You could have those dragon melee units (the ones that aren't really dragons) and then the flying dragons. |

May i suggest an ogre/magnataur race. They would be slow but the race with most health of about everything, but they would lack most ranged units and only get like a few. Maybe have centaur part of that too them being the fast weak part of the race. |

Heroes could be 1 from each type Shaka Windburner, Centaur Elder-Centaur sorcerer model and based on fire/wind abilities. Anouken Earthbender, Tauren Shaman Chieftain-Tauren chief or custom model, based on earth and tauren abilities(warstomp, shockwave, reincarnate are some, pulzerise is another) Kargoth the Decimator, Mongor Chief-Magnataur Destroyer or custom model, based on strength abilitys, strongest but slowest of all heroes. |
