It's simple.To support you ill even give you the standard description. If you got some strange kind of router this won't work but if you don't it will:

Go to www.portforward.com
to port forwarding
copy the extern IP adress the site gives you
Paste it in yr search bar
now you should come in yr Router's setup
go to NAPT
create a new entry : inside Ip adress: look in internetconnections, and find yr IP adress
outside Ip adress should still be in the search bar
inside port: 6112
outside port: 6112

now save all, you're done. You might need to configure your irewall though.

for windows firewall:
Go to configuration screen
got to windows firewall
go to exceptions
make one for warcraft 3/program files
and one with(TCP) port 6112 name it: Warcraft III like the other one, now click okay and you're ready to go

unless the port number in options of warcraft itself is changed.
go to options and change it to 6112
