![]() ![]() | [UltF] Guide for Ultimate Footmen Ok. I'm finally making a guide. So, in ultimate footmen, what you're course of action is depends on the hero you get, but most courses of action follow one of a few. P.S. These are the noob friendly builds. P.P.S. Whenever I say tech, unless I specifically say otherwise, tech undead. 1st- Tank. Examples: The pulverizer, mountain king, demon hunter, etc. These heros rely on massive amounts hp/armor and kill enemies through attrition and aoe spells. These heros usually are not efficient hero killers. For these heros, your first priority is getting a cloak of flames (1.4k). You usually want to buy an amulet of life or two (1k). Once you have these 2/3 items , you will want to begin to tech. Once you get to tier 4/5, you may consider buying a shield of heaven (4.5k). This gives you 35 bonus armor I believe, as well as the ability to use divine shield. Note: Some tanks, like lord emblem or the pit lord, do more damage through splash attack. With these heros, it would be a good idea to buy a claw of devastation (4k) before teching. 2nd- Hero Killer (physical) Examples: Blademaster, Loki (sort of), Assassin, etc. These heros use their physical attacks to kill heros. They usually have some way to sneak up unnoticed on heros. For these heros, buying a crown of kings (1.5k) is usually nice, because of the overall stat bonus, the fact that buying one usually boosts your attack speed to "very fast", and the movement speed (very helpful for chasing, and ksing). A priority should be the firebolt staff (1.5k). It helps keep the enemy still while you attack them. Then, you can buy a damage boosting item (claw of devastation (4k), crypt sword (8k), and excaliber(10k)), listed in order from least expensive to most expensive. Buy whichever one fits the best for your financial progress. In most cases, a mask of death (1.75k) is a good buy. In the case of, I'd say, blademaster and assassin, the fire emblem can be considered, again, depending on your financial state. After buying items for your hero until your satisfied, proceed to tech. 3rd- Hero Killer (spell) Examples: Mage Emblem, Bloodmage, Big Bashor, etc. I think this is the most populated category. A priority should be the firebolt staff (1.5k). This gives you a 400 dmg nuke w/ 3 sec (i think) stun. With these heros, buying a crown of kings (1.5k) is nice, because of the overall stat bonus, and the movement speed (very helpful for chasing, and ksing). In some cases, an amulet of life (1k) might be necessary, but only if you're really getting targetted. Then, tech. 4th- Summoners Examples: Beast master, Ultimate Summoner, Keeper of the Grave. These heros rely on summons to do damage and make money. In this category, generally the crown of kings (1.5k) is good for the endurance aura. Sometimes an amulet of life (1k) is in order. Tech after you have the items you want. Tell me if I missed any type of hero! Note: Some heros fall into multiple categories. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Credit Mr. Zero for the kick@$$ userbars! |

![]() | Re: Guide for Ultimate Footmen Overall, good guide. Crown of Kings is rubbish for Boody. Just buy firebolt staff, Kelen's dagger (when people run you can teleport right next to them), 2 amulets of life, and 2 Shield of Heaven's. This gives high HP and armor. Also firebolt staff gives 3 stuns. |

![]() | Re: Guide for Ultimate Footmen I noticed that your guide is for long games. I'm not saying anything against it.Its pretty good and detailed. But, you should also consider that not all games go for half an hour; some can end in 15 mins and a player cannot always get those items that fast. Some player(me included) do not use items that much and just tech instead. But, thats just what I think. NIce guide |

I would probably agree with yebeth in the case of Boody for people with more skill. But I think that people who aren't that good, 2 amulets is very important. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Credit Mr. Zero for the kick@$$ userbars! | |||

![]() | Re: Guide for Ultimate Footmen I'd say for balanced heroes - summon, AoE, Antihero, some sort of combo- buy crown of kings and +12 str or agi. Then tech undead. |

Other then that don't bump topics over a month or two months old. I never used Hell Lich when I played 1.00 but I didn't really like it. An AoE Doom that killed all my units and makes them into infernos that could also kill another base. Then his units could come and kill your base with all that gold he made. |
