You know, Sony actually loses money for every PS3 they sell. They're hoping that they can cut their loses with their games. Which might work, if PS3 and their games weren't so expensive.

Which part are you talking about?

If it's the "Sony loses money for every PS3 sold" part then it was in many news articles, same with the "try to cut their loses with their games."

"PS3 and their games being expensive" is just common sense.

Of course anyone with common sense will also be able to tell you why the Wii and X-Box 360 is better than the PS3.

wii is the biggest piece of **** ever is the xbox has the same features of hte ps3 , but ps3 has more....And wiht ps3 you dont have to pay $8 a month

The only things in my opinion, that makes Xbox 360 better than PS3, is the original buying price and Xbox Live (which has a few more features than PSN, but PSN will soon catch up).

The Wii is on a different level altogether. It's for the much older and much younger generations. My sister owns one, and I must agree, the games I've played are all quite fun. The PS3 is directed at basically everyone, but targeted a little more towards the technophile, the one who can use it as a media hub, to do everything. The PS3 has less games, but quality over quantity springs to mind, because PS3 exclusives are always amazing games. And the PS3 has amazing games that aren't First-Person Shooters, like Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Heavenly Sword and Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools Of Destruction.

The Xbox is aimed towards the apparently 'hardcore' gamer. The one who has no job, dropped out of school early, and sits up for 18-22 hours playing Halo 3/Gears of War/Call Of Duty 4 online, and spends the other 2-6 hours buying terrible children's games from eBay to play them for a few hours to get the Gamerscore from them. And most of their Xbox 360 exclusives are First-Person Shooters.

I think they have Lost Odyssey as one of the only non-FPS exclusives, and that's about it.

In my opinion, the PS3 is much, much better in the long run.
The Wii is fun for children, and it's a good way for elderly people to have fun with grandchildren, and stuff like that.
Xbox 360 is undoubtably a good console with good games, but inferior in the long term to the PS3.

PS3 is winner for having a very awesome fighting game. Any other game on the console that isn't fighting usually isn't worth time. Play shooters on computers.

I'll tell you in 5 years why PS3 is the worst out of the 7th generation consoles. By then, you would probably understand what I'm saying because Sony would have probably "fixed" the PS3 and you can see it how bad it is now.

Yes, it is doing badly now, but in a few years it will become awesome. I prefer the PS3 over 360, even as it is now. MGS4 was an awesome game, so was Heavenly Sword (If a little short), the only thing bugging me is Infinity Ward's OBVIOUS preference of the 360. They have updated COD4 for PS3 ONCE. The Xbox 360 version gets an update every week or so, the PS3 still has connection problems, when the 360 version has very little problems.

yes i hate that. When i play cod4 online i get disconnected alot.... I was 10-0 kill 3-0 wins in a search and destroy match and when the last round started i had a connection interruption/

Yeah. Nothing is more annoying that getting interrupted in S&D, especially when there's someone around the corner, and you could knife them, but NO.

Knifing is quicker than shooting, if they're within close range, and are limited in movement. If they have space to move diagonally backwards, shoot.
