Uhm. This guy is stupid, nothing but praise? There are so many Halo haters out there, and besides, CoD4 is played more then Halo 3 on the XBOX, so lawlz.

I honestly believe that he shouldn't have wrote this in his review.
That's like saying, "After playing DotA for a couple of days, I found it completely imbalanced because good players with a level 15 hero with great items could easily kill my level 2 hero with no items."

And like Ethereal said, there are a lot of Halo haters out there. And if you hate Halo then you probably suck at it (like the guy who wrote the review) or you just found a better game (guys who play CoD4 or GTA. (I don't know what games are popular now because I haven't looked up any games for a while)

Halo is the Apple of video games - it's considered revolutionary, but if you take a closer look, it's not exactly "radically new!"

The reason being, they both take the best parts of something, and put it all together in one strong package, which is where their innovation prevails, as well as adding their own awesome features not yet done by others in the same industry, such as Halo being the only console shooter with an in-game map editing system in real-time.

And the review was pathetic. While it states that Halo is "same as all other games," it ignores the Forge feature; half of the thing is a mere gripe about the sniper rifle which isn't so almighty if he doesn't suck (small reticle), and every damn community has little losers, it's just that in comparison to most, Halo has more of a population, thus proportionally you're going to get more.

imo halo doesnt take much skill because when i play with my friend who is a pro at the game ( i am noob) i can take 10-15 kill on him in a math to 25. But when the exact same friend plays me a call of duty he can hardly get 5 kil on me when i use a pistol or r700 on shipment

i used the r700 on shipment to give me my friend the advantage. And if he cant kill me while i am usingthe r700 is proves that call of duty does take skill

People have orgasms because of the story line. I have a friend that had the closest thing to an orgasm when watching a Halo 3 commercial before it was released.. when it did come out, he played the storyline AND THATS IT.
Its really just another FPS.. and the only thing that makes it easily played by noobs is due to a non-hp based life system... after getting hit, wait like 10s or something and bam... full health.

Halo is not a great game, Its a ok game. Its not one of the best and it definitly does not deserve Mario bros, or Ocarina of time status, Sure its a fun game, but its not one of the greatest. The orange box, now thats a great shooter game.

Actually.. WoW is still gaining popularity.. even though there has been ~3million players that have stopped playing.. there are still 11 million+ and increasing.. >.>.. but yeh on hte other stuff!
