Will Fable 2 Live Up to the Hype?

Fable, released in 2004, was Molyneux's first role playing game (RPG) and his ambition going into the game was simple. "I want to make the best RPG ever," he said at the time. The game sold many millions of copies but Molyneux has admitted that the game did not match his ambitions. Fable is considered by many to be one of the best RPGs released on the original Xbox.

He and his team at Lionhead Studios are now working on a much-anticipated sequel. And this time his ambitions are no less far reaching. The question is will it become the legendary RPG originally perceived and finally reach the creative vision of Molyneux...?

It better be! I love Fable and it were a great game. Easy but a great game.

Through it could be a bit more advanced and more spells, it were a great story. A real original one. I don't mind stories, in games that wants to be different. But what I do mind is the way it is told. You might have one of the best stories but you can still **** it up by telling it the wrong way.

Also pets would have been nice in the first but meh.
God I hope he doesn't mess it up like he did with Black & White 2 >.<

Was playing Fable: The Lost Chapters yesterday, it's a got a good story and gameplay. Saw quite a few of the interviews with Molyneux, I think Fable 2 will work out to be pretty damn good

Fable is SO ****ing awesome. If it ends up only for 360, I'm going to be pissed. It should be on PC, hopefully.

i loved the first fable and i hope this one is as good as it sounds. Pet dogs and being able to buy dungeons that sounds sweet. All though fable was to easy if you used the magic sheild.

Very good Xbox RPG game in which you can do thousands of things, a classic RPG game with many, many secrets

Ew. Xbox is teh suckzor, why do you people even bother with consoles for RPGs? Or shooters? The only reason I get consoles are for fighting games. >>. Everything else on the PC.

You can't even listen to music while playing, without doing something fancy, wtf? Why would I ever want to do that then? -_-
