once again i have lost 8 hours progress....

i had gotten to a lvl 30 holy swordsman bought the best items done most of the quests and was going to bed.... but i dropped my key board off the table and it pressed he menu button then when i went to pick it up i hit the pause shortcut, then omg DONT CHEAT came up on me (dun know why pausing is cheating but eh) and i lost my days progress.
is there any way i can get my hard earned code back? (your game lags and i would like to save without the annoying codes)

If you didn't save, then you can't recover it. Lag is a problem on your end, not on ours.
