hi there i downloaded and have been playing final fantasy epic rpg 0.8.8 map made my illyas i think it is if anyone has heard or played maps by him b4 anyways i follow the instructions on the game where to load up your game u have to print screen and then when you load up from the screen cap folder where u type yoru code into the game you are sopose to type -load then you have a space and then u as the guides say copy and paste the code u wrote on ya comp into the chat area but mine wont let me do this cos the code is so damn long and there must be a character limit in the chat box area wel heres my screen cap of my game code and heres what im trying to type in so u can see i havent put the code in wrong cos when i press ctrl+v after typing -load nothing happens cos ive exceeded the character limit im guessing >< so any clue as to what i can do guys

I know you've apparently heard the question asked 90,000 times so far about the loading code for the FF Epic RPG but I had a simple question regarding it. Yes I saved at a large amount of gold and my code will no longer work. My question is Is there anything I can do to fix it myself? Or just start over from scratch because it would be too much work?

yuh i read that link and what now im sopose to some how majiclly get rid of 100k money or 1 million whatever the max is you can hold in 8.8 how the heck am i sopose to get rid of that much money >< and i guess i might just have to use an old code and some how spam my money away for higher level games when i get those other classes mastered again when i load up my old save code ><

got the same version like on this site but still cant load my code...
do u know if there is some kind of bug where u cant save your hero? like standing in the town somewhere and there it doesnt work or something?
im rly frustrated now cause i spend more than 6 hours playing nonstop ...
and now my thing should not be working?! darn ><
maybe u can tell me what i should do..i could give u a screenshoot with the code maybe i wrote the small "l" instead of the big "I" or something...thx

and yet again titans stupidity reaches new bounds. rather than change his code style cuz hes lazy, he'd rather tell someone oh yeah, umm... i can' change that cuz i dont konw my own code..

Oh yeah because..
1) The system was made by ILYAS
2) If I recreated the code for one person, I'm not doing special treatment crap, so I would therefore have to do it for everyone.
3) The new version has a new code system
4) And seriously, learn to flame.. it requires you to know facts and not shout out biased opinion.
5) This map has 3 editors, the other two are trigger-wiz's

Make sure you type -save before -load (There is bug in init system)

Sry guys, that i have to post about that, and i know that there are many more of this topics, but i've done everything i found in this forum about that problem and i even cant load my chars ...

So i played the actually version of this page 0.8.7 and saved in this game (im playing in battlenet on privat server ... alone). The next time i start that map and need to load it doesnt work.

So ive saved normally, took a screenshot and write it in editor, so i can use Ctrl+C/V .... but everytime i tried to load it doesnt works ... and he never said anithing about wrong code ... (-load xxxxx) and than nothing.

I hope you can help me ... i dont wanna play everytime from beginning, cause i like that rpg a lot ... so have i did something wrong or is it a bug ?

Have I to be outside of City, or can I only save at lvl 15 or higher ? Pls help

You have to type "-save" before you load in 0.8.7.9. And for the old codes (10-48-88-273435-66-2...) you have to type "-old load [insert code]" for loading. The new codes look like jdjhn76Ah8$A7u8.

The confusing codes of the latest version in this forum ...
i type "-save" and "-load x21Wk..." but it doesnt work ...

And there is no answer like "Wrong Code" or something else ... its doing nothing ...

1) Are you using the same name as when you saved it?
2) Have you tried loading it as the other base class? (As in, its not working with squire, switched to chemist and tried it there, or vice versa)
3) Are you playing your game on battle.net when you try to load?

Yes i tried it a lot times on battlenet and on lokal host but it doesnt works ...

when no "loading failed" message appeared, then the -load command didn't work. So no save could work. But it should be activated after -save.

In single player you can nuke gold pretty easily before a save. Use the cheat "keysersoze <value>". Just set value to some large negative number and your gold will be gone.
