and the bridges could serve to secretly transport an army without crossing major intersections or rivers. Their overall late game value would be nice, but is that even possible? Building a bridge in RoC?

bridges seem like too much hassle, i think a portal would be easier to make.

Um.. its not exactly a new feature but it would be nice if you set up a system of unit formation. i've only given it a little thought but it could be something like this maybe:
0 - light melee
1 - heavy melee
2 - short ranged
3 - medium ranged
4 - Long Ranged/Siege

I only ask this because I'm tired of having to separate all of my melee units and ranged units before going into a base because even though this would only make attacking a little easier it is annoying when the ogre magi go running in to a base ahead of the ogre lords or whatever other melee units I'm using or when Telen's grenadiers get stuck behind the axe throwers. there are a few other ranged units that have a bad formation(i think lightning throwers also like to run in same formation with melee units) but it shouldn't be too hard to make this slight change.

lol, organizing your army is a skill. BA would suck if everything were automated.

remove the cooldown on the horn in editor and just give it a 10second casting time tht way it affects both tft and roc. and you might want to give the sorcere a custom price because its differnt on each version, on roc there 180(the ladder price) on tft there 155 (the new ladder price). pick one or avg it

increasing the casting time would be one way to even it out though it would chnage its use a bit. anyone else have a thought on this?

i think a ten second casting time would be same as a cooldown and solve the problem

thats why u move in melee first have some in rear or sides so u dont get flanked and so forth

u cant get a cooldown on roc so it would have to be casting time its same thing i believe but uses mana

having teh casting time increased would definitely be preferable to the instant hero hopskotching. It's a step in the right direction. I always liked teleport to be a non-nonchalant thing.

another feature is suggest is that every single base he granted at least room for 2 portals. This also includes small bases where you can currently squeeze in portals, but would malfunction in ways.

So 2 types of bases fall under this category:

1. Bases like cel danel can't even fit a building other than shop. Another example is south haven.

2. Then you have bases like shamania and nachloch where u can fit portals, but because there's so little room, portaled units often end up outside the boundaries of the base, and sometimes even unretrievable.

well the map is changin as ark said. but if uve been playing two years you should b happy with the way things look now, dont u member the hexagon telen. pinks main was flat, and many more ugly things. the games always changing in my eyes never the same. taurens new location

hi every1 im doing these bcause i just saw the real power of blitz i always get sword and all ppl cry about blitz op but now ic y ...ok i try steal base i kill all his army sept blitz .. he target with blitz my pallys and my hero ...he kill all ..then i target base and he do same...he get the base .....just a hero can rape a army ..if i dont run i would die there (i wasnt wolf they get complete raped i had ravangers)...just by 1 hero ...anyways my sugestions are reduce blitz atack and hp ...and mayb -1 clone ... also change descrition of zulgash diciples ..they say they have hero dmg but they have normal dmg ...i think is ovious by now but plz the dragon trick 2 get pallys is very gay .... o and could u give lil bit more range for shield generator o.o and add 1 kind of ship lol is fun make naval wars hehe o and add one red dragonshop on north ..hehe i think thats all ..cyas

i agree with spike and shocker, adding a zepplin quest to the game would be a nice touch, and since they could die it wouldnt give you an overwhelming advantage.

The only advantage you get is for getting a worker out of a base to mass teleports somewhere else, other then that zeps are prolz useless.

2 zeplines = 24 units, 24 units magicly appering behind someones lines, or infront of somones choke letting you rush into someones base would possably turn a losing war into a win.

-make the game 2/3 heroes max, choose heroes like in .8 and then u can train an additional hero when u tech ur armory, also maybe tav heroes. because it makes new strategys more micro and more fun.

and now u cant always make good strategies, like when u have vamp aura and ur best base is trollash, its sad.

and dont say everyone will choose crassus and dangrash if that happens then PLEASE JUST DECREASE THEYRE SKILLS.

i believe kingstubby made some good hero ideas USE THEM?

Who would pick crassus and dangrash, they both suck compared 2 other heros. The kotg is the best hero for his ult, 30hp per sec + ward = exreamly low damage (if any) taken. Next is the cow for his aura giving you like a +25% damage

Also stubbys heros are crazyly unbalanced, good for getting balanced ideals tho. Also seeing how king does not seem to have the time to make 3 changes that takes like 1 min each(+the 10-20 mins of saving and all) i dont see how king has time 24 more heros. When each hero takes at lest a hour, 6+ hours if they have custom spells like stubby wants.

lol tauren chief is the best hero he just overruns everyone, kotg can get stuned and dies easy. also i belive king has enough time when hes going to work on the new version, but not for new heros.(who needs new heros?)

well apart from that, it would add alot of fun, and we dont need 24 more heroes ofc. just like buyable bases add alot to the strategies possible and alot of fun.

i guess it just bothers me that such a huge part of your strategy is defined by your starting bases and hero.
