The Second Broken Alliance Tournament will be held Between Friday Night Beginning at 6PM and Sunday Night on USEast. The First Round or Two will be run the first two days. These are basically elimination rounds to see who moves on. Late entry is acceptable up until The end of Saturday.

(Trying to make it so people of any schedule can play. Sunday tends to be the least busy of days on a weekend on average. Sorry, I cannot please all the people all the time. )

The tournament's big day will be Sunday. 2nd or 3rd-Final Rounds will be held then.

The format for the Tournament will be teams of 2. The games of the first 2 rounds will be random mode. The later rounds are still up for debate. They will also either be Random Bases, or Picked bases with a picking order of Team 1-2-3-4-5-6-6-5-4-3-2-1.

-All Games will be 600 Gold, Fast Mode, 1 Ally, and on Reign of Chaos.
-Map Version will be .72a, as this allows for more time to properly balance heros with new levels from later versions.

-Depending on turn out, 2-4 teams will move on to the next round. Everything will be posted here, the closer to the tournament we get.

-Wins/Surviving teams=Bases. If your team has no bases left, your heros wandering around do NOT count as a surviving team. You lost at this point.

-Base Targetting= Only allowed after 20 minutes into the game. This means all UNITS must be engaged up until that point. Towers may be avoided. (To be determined)

-To keep the game competitive and the tournament fun, the tactics of getting in a boat and placing Artillery Towers where you can't easily get to will not be allowed during the tournament. Sorry To those who them behind Gapbreak, etc. Especially since you cant offload your hero or other men there, just a builder. Personally, I have a short temper, and things like that ruin the fun of playing. I imagine it would be the same for others.

-Disconnects= If you D/C in the first 10 minutes, your game will be restarted. If this happens a second time for the same team, your 2nd game will go on.
If host disconnects between 10-15 minutes, and 2-3 people are also disconnected due to server split. Game will be restarted. The point is to make sure people do not use disconnecting as a way to start over. If its obvious you were about to lose the game will go on.

-To Register your team, Post here, or message Shocker or myself. Last minute changes up until your team plays, ARE allowed. I can easily modify this list. Once you play one match though, your team is set. If your partner fails to show up, you may have a replacement. (Only one per tournament) That replacement must not already be in the tournament, if possible. (If no one can be found, someone who lost in the first round may be used) There must remain at least ONE Original member of the team, or they forfeit.

for the rule about subs, maybe you should clarify that at least 1 member from each team has to remain for example

say shocker and i player in round one
round two i cant make it, and shocker teams with you
round three, shocker cant make it, so that means the team would be out, since you arent an original team member, unless i can make it

Can you eleberate on the base targeting after 20-30 minitues because i think if someone has an empty base and i kill the base before towers depending on who it is they will throw a fit and i don't want to get D/Qed

The point of the not wanting base targetting is mainly for the not as skilled players. I want people who arent the elite to have a chance to do something with themselves. More people whine about base targetting than actually do it.. So I am trying to appease the majority over the minority. With a time limit, its the best of both worlds.
