Our former moderator, King_Leopold, seems to have go a bit out of his mind.

Do understand that the staff of PoLlama did NOT support this action.

Therefore the 'mod' rights has been taken from Leopold until the main admin decides for what to happen.

We are sorry for the losses and will try to recover most as possible.

Edit: Alright. After reread Leopold's topic, it seems that Panther needs a smaller break from PoLlama.

Therefore a 5-day ban is placed and hope that people will understand.

Leo had cause for what he did, not saying his action was just, but he sure as hell had cause.

My suggestion..
Prevent Panther from posting in Leos boards (clan + map), which if that had happened in the first place, this wouldn't have happened.
And of course put Leo off mod team as he is now.

This isn't Panther's fault, why is he in trouble for this. From my opinion Leopold went and took measures way out of proportion and deserves to be punished while, despite your hate for him, Panther deserves some respect and help in fixing his board due to such idiotic actions.

He isn't for the most part. The 5-day ban is just a cool-down period in my opinion. I don't know if he's the type of person but if he was then he would make a huge deal about this and cause lots of problems.

His boards for the most parts has already been fixed for the most part. It's his new project that is still empty. I'll try to find those topics and revive them.

Besides this is all temporary. Just a temporary solution until MrApples comes back.

But you can't say you didn't see this coming. Panther has been pushing Leo to the edge a lot. But anyway, these are the type of things where you can't really side with anyone. Best to undo the damage and try to return things back to normal.

Titan, this wasn't a good judgment, despite it being from a Moderator. The fact is if Leo wanted to punish Panther with real evidence he could have simply reported this with legitimate evidence to our Admins here so it could be handled rightly. And it's OK if he disrespects someone, because that's a matter of opinion in my eyes. And to what Shadow had said, yes you can't take sides but in the end punishment still needs to be reserved we can't just neglect this whole thing.

Since when did i say it was good judgment? All im saying is that even though panther didnt do the 'crime', he isnt innocent. I know you know the 'leo' actions and side, thats why i didnt mention it.

Also, from the screenshots, King_Leopold was obviously provoked. It just seems that instead of taking Panther's "advice" and cleaning out his clan of inactive members, he decided to clean up panther-anthro's boards. (I think he was going by: If it has spam in it, delete it!) Consequently, he deleted the entire board.

Wow, it's just a game. There's no need to delete 3 boards of posts because of an argument. From the screenshots , it seems all Panther was doing is asking why King kept inactives. Nothing to get provoked about and then delete entire boards.

And are you saying all of Panther's baords is spam? Maybe some, but all boards have some kind of spam. And before criticizing on other peoples spam, look at yourself? If your posts were deleted you would have like... 400 posts. And don't give me that "There's 2 people using this account" bs.

You guys seriously need to stop justifying Leo's act. I don't care if he was physically punched in the face. He needs to grow some balls. What would he do if he didn't have the power to delete topics? Nothing thats right. This comes down to being mature and acting your age. I'm sure Leo isn't some spoiled little 10 year old with a complex. This is case closed Leo needs a similar ban or else this is people abusing their Administrative powers.

You still do not understand WHY panther is banned.. i guarantee he would retaliate with something 'against the rules' as such he went as far as to message me on MSN about this and argue with me over it because he was banned..

The point that everyone is missing here is that this is mods+ business to handle not yours. Any decision made is by the perogative of the mod team and admins. Leo made a choice and deals with the consequences. Panther has been given a "cooldown" ban because of his history with the mod team on msn.

If you wish to further debate the matter you can pm a Mod or an Admin and it will be at their discretion to tell you any information. But it is highly unlikely that you will recieve any kind of response that you would want.
