Mysterious Girlfriend X Summary Mysterious Girlfriend X (Nazo no Kanojo X) is a manga about the story of Japanese high-school student Akira Tsubaki and his classmate, a strange girl (who wields a pair of scissors as a defensive weapon...) called Mikoto Urabe, who begin a rather, erm, unusual romance, after he tastes her saliva, and becomes addicted to it. Yes, you read that right. He tastes her saliva, and becomes addicted to it. Sounds strange, but it makes for an awesome story, which is very funny at times. They then realise that they can feel each others' emotions and thoughts after tasting their drool. This results in awkward and embarassing moments, although Mikoto is rarely bothered by Akira's perverse thoughts, which are to be expected from a teenage boy. I'll leave the rest out, hoping that you'll read it to find out. Please do, you'll miss out otherwise. This is the first manga I've read. And I must admit, it's one of the best to start off with, if you'd like something that isn't 200-300 chapters long, and something that isn't Bleach/Naruto etc. It really is a great manga.
Up to Chapter 25 has been translated now, and I have no idea when the next raws will be released, but the translations of 26 and 27 should be up in the next few days.

Brilliant manga, the whole thing so far is on Onemanga, and I'd give it a 10/10, so far. It is responsible for my drool fetish.
