In the newer versions, you get some votes on; hero mode, no-vassal mode, how much barracks, FFA, normal or conquest mode... This is good, it makes the game different, more fun. One problem though, often noobs just press enter, or they want to open a chat window or send a chat message, and press enter.. Then it goes entireley wrong, and you get somthing like, no hero-mode, no-vassals and 1 barrack only. Then they all leave and i'll have to remake......again!! Maybe it's an idea to only let red vote, or the host, if that's possible

I kind of like doing the vote way, because it creates more variety, though I have considered switching it host based. I do understand what you mean that noobs pressing enter could be a problem. Though 12K is such an old map now that you shouldn't be running into people who have no clue about votes. But ill think about it

Oh believe me, though wot12k is an old map, there are still enough noobs Didn't get to play the newest .v though, always everyone left....Hosting v. 1.5 all the time now..It's a bit older, but at least i can play, wot12k, wotlk, broken alliances ftw!

well you could warn people that "vote is about to start, do not press enter until vote is over" or something like that, so newbs will know they cant just press enter and they have to vote

Most of the newbs aren't listening. Such as in BA when you choose FFA, and there's FFA mode enabled. They all start allying each other... Then one or two guys and me start writing things like; IT'S FFA YOU CANNOT ALLY FFS! And then two second later green asks: Red ally? Those are the real newbs and the ones who ruin my games.

its not half we have our entire clan and in the games i play only about 2 of the 12 people are noobs or sometimes even less so thats 1 in 6

yeah i miss being able to host but i dont know how i stopped being able to host it just happened all of the sudden
